3.00It was a pleasant trip there. He arrived early and got us to the Harry Potter early. We were able to enter early for our tea without issues. My only issue was we ended up waiting for an hour and a half to be picked up. I was to give him 30 minutes warning. It was my mistake that I only gave 15 min. However, we left the building and couldn’t return and ended up sitting outside in the sun for an hour and a half. I had left my jacket in the car and realized it had an apple tracker. He said he was 15 minutes away, but the tracker showed he was clearly more than an hour away. It’s awkward when you are in another country and are relying on someone else to return you to your hotel, especially since we paid a lot of money to do it efficiently. I didn’t complain at the time, what should I say? “Hey where have you been?” At the price, I expected to have transportation on our schedule, or close. Overall not terrible, but not 5 stars. I’d recommend confirming when your pickup will arrive before leaving the building.
