05:00am start HCMC for 3-hour drive to Mekong Delta. Leaving city behind, scenery changes to views of rice paddies, beautiful orchards by side of road, other scenes typical to southern Vietnam.
8:00am, Arrive at Can Tho city - capital of Southwest, start day with a visit to Cai Rang Floating Market. While crossing Mekong River, observe daily activities of local people on the banks, see traditional-style houses in which local people live as well as beautiful orchards, busy ships - building yards and bustling markets where they make their livelihood.
We try to enjoy breakfast at the floating market, drink a speacial coffee/soft drink, pineapple on boat.
10:00am, Disembark before exploring Son Islet - an islet in the middle of Hau River which is separated not far away from the mainland with alluvial consolidating green orchids all year round and the honest, lovely and enthusiastic people.
12:00pm, Having lunch with many specialties on this Islet.
18:30, Arrive at HCMC

8:00 am, Arrive at Can Tho city - the capital of the Southwest, start the day with a visit to Cai Rang Floating Market. While crossing the Mekong River, observe the daily activities of local people on the banks, see traditional -style houses in which the local people live as well as beautiful orchards, busy ships - building yards and bustling markets where they make their livelihood. Having breakfast on the floating market. It is a wonderful experience when you can enjoy a delicious countrified breakfast, along with an unsteady feeling whenever the waves hit the side of the boat that will make you feel excited. Meanwhile, you have the opportunity to dive into the vibrant atmosphere of the morning fair, with welcoming laughter and the sound of floods. In particular, two famous "specialties" at Cai Rang floating market that you should not miss are "shaken noodles" and "braised coffee".

5.00This was a very full but interesting day! We completed this tour on our final full day in Vietnam at the end of three great weeks. We've seen many things all across the country, but this was a completely different way of life. Our great guide Tony explained that this area supplies most of the rice, fruit and aquaculture for Vietnam, including a significant surplus they export. The trip took us to the unique floating market where we saw the retail boats buying product from the wholesale boats. We also took in a delicious breakfast and coffee on the river. We continued the experience by exploring the river and an island, including fish and fruit farms. Overall it was a great day and a brief window into a unique way of life.

5.00Very good tour, our guide Tony was brilliant, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The boat trips and islet were beautiful and the Forest Weasels (Asian Palm Civits) were so cute, it was great to be able to feed them and let them sit on your shoulders. The food from breakfast on the boat to the big lunch at the islet was fantastic an amazing choice of fish and meat absolutely delicious.

Specifically, the visit to the islet lets you experience their daily lives, savoring the fresh flavors of the foods grown there and prepared as they know how. You'll meet many smiling people who will take care of you.

5.00The activity went very well, perfect organization. We were able to discover the floating market with few tourists, visit fish farms, make rice paste, as well as poprice. Daniel our guide was extremely attentive and passionate about his work, his explanations were very precise and informative. I highly recommend!

5.00What a fabulous tour! It's a long day jammed packed with activity. Our guide, Mr Daniel did the most amazing job, he had so much energy and enthusiasm. Highlights were there delicious meals that were provided. Highly recommend for an awesome impact adventurous day.
