4.00Overall the whole experience from getting picked up from hotel is satisfactory. The only complaint is that the communication between the agent and the actual tour company/guide is weak as I received two different time of pick up from each party and it is very confusing Do be VERY CAREFUL about the price for bamboo boat/kayak as it is a separate payment. They will lie to you saying it is 5 USD (~ 126k VND) but the actual price for the ticket buying on-site is just 50k VND which is half of the price
