  Very well organised tour. Such a beautiful place to visit. Our tour guide, Duc was very knowledgeable and we were kept well informed throughout the day.

  We were very excited about the cruise being the starting leg of our vietnam exploration. To start with, the pick up was late and we waited for 25 to 30 min for the bus to arrive. The tour guide (oliver) was well conversent in english, however he missed the basic aspect of being a guide. During the caves exploration he was with 20% of the entire group and did not bother to make sure the other folks would also want to know details about the caves. Cruise was a good one with good food however cannot understand the restrictiom around having our own drinks on the cruise. I would suggest you carry water in our glass or metal bottles instead of purchasing expensive water and drinks. Kayaking experience was wonderful, however the guide constantly discouraged about kayaking. May be because he started late and was in a rush. Again for the last island visit, the tour guide was missing in action for the hike. So please make sure you get better assistance from cozy travels.

  Ha Long Bay is awesome and well worth the trip! The best part of the tour was the boat ride where it’s peaceful and you can take in the sites. A note though-it’s all very crowded so just prepare yourself for that. Minh our guide was so great and made the tour even better!

  was able to explore all the key activities in ha long bay within in a single day! excellent guide and crew who did an amazing job taking care of everyone— truly recommend for those on a short time crunch! thanh was an excellent guide.

  Clean boat, great buffet lunch with plenty of food to feed everyone, comfortable bis ride to and from Hanoi. The activities (Surprising Cave, Titop Mountain and kayaking through Hung Luon) were very enjoyable. Our guide, Oliver, was very knowledgeable and made the day run smoothly.
