We did the tour as an after-hours event with a group of colleagues. The tour is ideal for anyone who has been living in Munich for a long time and wants to experience their own city differently. Quite varied and nicely relaxed and casual, Philipp accompanies you through exciting places that you might not immediately have on your screen when visiting the city. Very high recommendation!

An unforgettable, off-the-beaten-path Munich experience! If you're looking to explore a side of Munich that most tourists never see, this tour is an absolute must. Philipp, an architect and certified city guide, brings a fresh and passionate perspective to the city’s southern neighborhoods. From the bold design of the Volkstheater to hidden street art corners and a beer garden on a steamboat (yes, really!), every stop was full of stories, character, and creativity. The mix of architecture, local history, and cultural hotspots—like the quirky Gans Woanders or the artsy Bahnwärter Thiel—made this feel more like a journey with a local friend than a typical tour.
