We were guided by a fortunate American named Jake, who has married a German lady so he gets to live here. He was knowledgeable, easy to understand, and humorous. He pointed out what the buildings used to be which is why we joined the tour. We have been to Munich many times and we wanted this information. His photo book was a nice addition to add to the historical lesson.

It started badly with the girl behind reception being rude and unprofessional. I went to buy water with card - and she muttered under her breath really sarcastic things about me. NOT professional - she needs to go! The tour was ok - but basic and some of the facts were wrong and the tour guide was easily distracted. But we did see some good locations and was interesting - but this kind of tour should be more detailed and factual
