• Great day trip to both Linderhof and Neuschwanstein!

  Our tour guide Pedro and our bus driver Boskin (sorry about the spelling. 😖) were wonderful. Very clear and gave us all the information we required. Pedro was very engaging when talking about the areas we were visiting. You can tell he loves his job and knows his stuff. Would definitely go on another tour with these guys! Thank you! ☺️

  Our guide Pedro was great, but the day is just too long for what you do/get. I think it would be better to have a shorter tour and only go to the Neuschwanstein Castle. It adds a lot of time to go to the other castle and at each spot the actual tours are only 30 minutes. Both castles are impressive, but it’s a very long day on a bus.

  Very disorganized tour, ive booked over twenty tours on Viator and usually have good luck with their tours but not this time. Our tour guide who was very nice, was not organized or very thorough on communicating. His accent made it hard to understand when speaking over the intercom. He started the tour by scolding us like 8 year about punctuality and then allowed someone to be 30 minutes late. I could continue but why, it’s wasted energy kinda like this tour company. I do not recommend this tour company.

  Overall, it was a good tour! They said that it is cash only for Castle Tickets, but then they wanted Credit Cards. Left late waiting for late comers and then very rushed at Linderhof Castle. We, sadly, did not have time to see the Gardens or Grotto at Linderhof Castle. The hostess begged for tips for her & driver. A bus full of Americans already know to tip for good service. I really wish that we had more time at each stop. The VIP tour literally had the same schedule as the regular tour. The tour was well organized! We easily found the meeting point. The hostess communicated very well with what exactly to expect and times. She gave helpful hints for navigating on our own up at the castles, restroom location, and food options. She did a great job explaining the history to those who did not study before about the castles. The driver safely and skillfully drove around some narrow roads in a large bus. The Linderhof and Neuschwanstein Castles are amazing! King Ludwig’s details are impressive and stunning. Very interesting comparing these “modern” castles to the older ones. Really a must for anyone visiting Bavaria. You can visit them on your own, but this tour makes it all seamless! It takes the stress out of navigating Bavaria and ticket/time logistics so you can just enjoy the history and beauty!

  The trip was a long day and we saw two exceptional castles/palaces, Neuschwanstein Castle and Linderhof Palace. The grounds on Linderhof were amazing! Gardens and fountains. Neuschwanstein was majestic up built on top of the mountain. Marleen was a knowledgeable and active guide. Helping us with the history and events of the time. Unfortunately, three people from the group did not understand her clear directions and got lost and never returned to the bus. They held us up for over 20 minutes and she had to leave them. She tried contacting them but with no response. She was visibly upset, but for the good of the rest of the tour group continued. In any case, it was a great trip with Vaskin our driver doing a great job also.
