5.00The location was truly magnificent. We absolutely loved the fact that it was snowing, as it added a beautiful touch to the scenery. The castle was breathtaking. What truly made this trip stand out, however, was our tour guide, Stephanie. She carefully explained every step throughout the entire trip, gave us a fascinating history lesson about King Ludwig, and was kind and respectful to everyone in the group. 5.00Fantastic tour to Neuschwanstein Castle from Munich. Our guide, Nick, was outstanding: knowledgeable, engaging, and well-organized, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The scenery was breathtaking, the timing of the stops was perfect, and the overall tour provided great value. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Munich who wants a memorable day trip to the castle. Only thing to note is that the famous Mary's Bridge is almost always CLOSED during the winter. So just make sure youre going in eyes wide open.

5.00The trip was a lot of fun. The castle tour itself was about 45 min. The area surrounding the castle was so beautiful. I would recommend the tour company, Radius Tours in Munich. The tour guide, Lana was so much fun and hilarious.

5.00It was a very smooth tour, from start to finish. The train will take you from Munich to Fessen in about 2 hours, and then transfer to the city bus for about 10 minutes to Neuschwanstein. Beside the long lines of bus stops, our tour was a priority. Once you arrive, Nick, our guide, will take you to the castle and explain everything to you. They speak very easy-to-understand English and are always kind enough to ask me anything I don't understand. About 20 people enjoyed sightseeing with tour members from various countries. Shops in the castle offer good souvenirs, although they are expensive. The hill to the castle is quite tough, so a horse-drawn carriage is recommended. I think I chose a good tour. This tour is recommended for those who just want to see Neuschwanstein without going around too much.

5.00Charlie was a great tour guide. Lots of insight was shared which may the tour are richer experience. He also made sure that no one was left behind or left out. Our group contained individuals from at least four different countries.

1.00The information provided by the company is completely false. I was at the appointed place, exactly at the appointed time, waiting for the guide, but I was ignored. The guide was extremely negligent: even knowing I was with a child, did not make the slightest effort to contact or locate me. I couldn't visit the castle because of her and the disorganization of this company. It is unacceptable that, after we have paid for the service, we are abandoned in this way and still have to hear lies. I demand the immediate refund of the cost of the castle tickets and the return transportation which I had to pay again. This company has no respect for the customer. I have proof of everything.
