5.00Excellent Australian guide! Knowledgeable, calm, kind. We appreciated his specificity regarding times and locations. Learned much about the king, the castle, Munich, and Germany! A must see! We have vowed repeatedly that we never want to tour another castle nor cathedral, BUT this castle and its fascinating story (and views!) is special. We signed up so our 6-year-old granddaughter could see the real Disney castle, and she was rapt! The tour requires a few thousand challenging steps even though we opted for the bus ride, but the experience was positive. We marveled at the exquisite details barring no expense in each room, and the vistas from each window were remarkable. Best of all was the tale of its creator, and our guide presented it all as a master storyteller!

5.00Amazing tour. Our guide Stephanie was great. She was informative, funny, and had lots of knowledge of the tour. Be prepared to walk uphill and downhill and up stairs. Bring water with you for the tour.

5.00It was a comfortable ride on the way to the castle and back to the city. Dan is an entertaining and extremely knowledgeable guide. The castle itself is a must-visit because of the intricate design details that will leave one in awe of its beauty.

5.00This was a fantastic trip! Lana was a great tour guide. We had ample enough time to explore the area and castle. I went with a different popular tour group for a different excursion the day before and felt this was way more comfortable, organized, and fun. There's both a bus and a horse drawn carriage to get up to the castle, but we decided to trek it for the challenge. When they say steep it is quite steep! Took us 22 minutes straight uphill. Beautiful view at the top makes it worth it though. There is an extra fee not included to go inside the castle. We enjoyed this a ton but it would still be a good trip if you skipped going inside.
10/10 would recommend!

You don’t really see the entire castle

3.00The castle is beautiful. The city is amazing. The only problem I had is you walk up the stairs all the way to the top floor you listen to an audio you walk through a few rooms and then you walk all the way back down the stairs 607 floors you don’t really get to see the entire castle just the upper floor. Such a big beautiful castle like that I would’ve loved to see the inside bottom floors and more of the castle not just the upper floor and a few room rooms.

5.00Tour guide Thomas was absolutely incredible all day; knowledgeable, informative, and patient with the entire group. The scenery and setting were painted as if from a fairy tale, and given the setting, it was entirely apt. Neuschwanstein was amazing!

5.00Absolutely unreal tour company, very professional from start to finish. The tour itself was amazing, our tour guide Thomas was very knowledgeable and friendly, we learnt so much. The castle was stunning and the whole day was really well planned and thought out. No time was wasted and we had plenty of time at each point of interest. The meet point is really easy to find, cafes close by for coffee and snacks for the trip. Highly recommend.
