You must provide us your flight details ( Flight number and ETA) the number of passengers or type of vehicle you will need and hotel address or place you want us to take you to. Our driver will be waiting for you at the Arrival hall & hold a sign board with your name on it. *Domestic arrivals: please come to the A1+A2 area from the main gate, where all of drivers will show the board name. *International arrivals: please come to column no 9-10 GF to meet the driver. If you cannot find the driver in any case please go to the “Information Desk” and ring us on the phone number located on your voucher. @Special note : 1/ The price is per car ( we use car 4 seats to 7 seats for 1 - 4 people / group ) and the quoted price is fully inclusive, with no hidden charge. 2/ The pick up n drop off is included in the city central of District 1,3 & 4. 3.00Driver was not at pick up point. We were about catch a taxi as we were waiting too long. Contacted tour company which was easy and was advised driver would be picking us shortly.

4.00Generally very responsive though a few minor hiccups and it made arriving a better experience. Upon arrival to the meeting point - waited quite a bit for someone to show up. And the car needed to turn on the a/c a bit as it was quite warm (but was resolved).

5.00Driver was easy to find, helpful, and a safe driver who kept his eyes on the road. Communication was clear and efficient - would definitely use again. (Although he walked VERY fast from the airport to the car! I was sweating)
