Food Inclusions - Expect: Hu Tieu Bo Kho (Beef stew with noodles), Xa Xiu (Cantonese barbecued pork or duck), Bo la lot (barbecued minced beef), fried rice flour cake with egg and deep-fried tofu with lemongrass or salted egg yolk with green chili, flan cake (also called crème Caramel)

5.00Thanh was very good and very professional. We learn so many unexpected facts and saw unique things. He was very knowledgeable and clever. We like the way he introduced and explained things to us. His way of speaking is clear and understandable. He is also funny in a very nice way. We very much appreciate his special attention to our daughter and always find ways to make her involve during the tour. The food was wonderful and the people are so nice. We like it that he showed us the local area and how the locals live their normal daily life. We discover the origins of the food we have and every bit is like a taste of culture that was infused into the dish, the labor and the sacrifices of the maker to make and develop the dish that was finaly presented to our table. He also introduced us to many cultural things and the history of the surrounding places that we have been. The whole experience was a roller coaster of history class coming to life. Its was fun, memorable and very meaningful experience. Thanh showed us how the people, place, culture and history are connected to each other in every bit we eat and every step we take. This tour is highly recommend and pick Thanh as your guide.His the best.

5.00We did the food street tour though intrepid on 31st October. The tour exceeded my expectations, the stories and history was so interesting and the food was amazing. What I loved is that there would be no way I would have found these places by myself. Tran was a great guy l, very friendly with a lot of personality
