Emperor Jade Pagoda
The Jade Emperor Pagoda in Ho Chi Minh City is renowned for its ancient Chinese-inspired design. Constructed in 1892, its vibrant Yin-Yang roof and decorative brickwork captivate visitors with their distinctive Chinese architectural flair. Decent way to see a bunch of sights

3.00The tour was ok overall. The driver was thirty minutes late to arrive, which was disappointing. We were able to swap one of the attractions for the Pink Church, so that was nice. After the Independence Palace, however, we were taken to a touristy shop with multiple rooms of products, which was not listed on the itinerary. We ended up cutting the tour short because we were quite tired. Decent way to see a bunch of sights without having to call multiple taxis.

5.00Kim is a very good guide to take us around Saigon. She provided us a very thorough description of the independence palace and the background behind it. We also saw the war remnants museum and central post office with her providing us the setting for these visits. Upon our request she was flexible to accommodate our request to view a laquer ware factory even though not in our plan. She also suggested karaoke to keep the kids entertained in the car. Lastly the pagoda temple where we learn how the Chinese influence the religion and beliefs in Vietnamese day to day.
