Tour Cancelled at Last Minute! Awaiting refund.

1.00Our tour to Kensington Palace was cancelled today. We arrived and the gates were closed! When we checked their website it stated closed due to weather. The website also stated we would be notified by company we booked through. We were not! I would like a refund for our tickets. I would have preferred to give no stars at the beginning of this review.

3.00It wasn’t very interesting. No furniture in rooms. Just rooms and paintings. The clothes were interesting though.

4.00A little frustrating trying to figure out the headset at first. Once we did the accompanying audio was very helpful. Friend who is temporarily handicapped needed the elevator and it wasn’t working. LOTS of steps. This is basically a room to room guide yourself tour of the palace.
