• Misleading advertising, picked up 5.5 hours earlier than booked, queue 3 hour for tickets and a further 2.5 to get entry

  False advertising... Gives option to pick preferred time... Then you get a message late in the evening before saying your pick up in at 05:30 am due to blah blah blah. Had to wait in line in hot weather for 3 hours before getting tickets and then once tickets bought, had to wait another 2.5 hours before the tour started... They do however provide breakfast in nearby restaurant that wasn't surprised by this late "in promptu" group arriving, indicating a regular occurrence. There was even 1 lady in my group that booked via another platform, not viator and had opted for a completely different time than I had chosen but here we both were. She also had been told she had skip the line tickets which obviously wasn't the case. The actual tour itself of the camps is conducted by Auschwitz guides so nothing to do with this company and as expected, everything was in order in that regard.

  We were collected on time and driven to auschwitz,we queued for 3 hours to find out at the desk that they didn’t recognise your company and I had to buy two more entry tickets at a price of 60 euro

• A Krakow Must

  A must if you’re visiting Krakow. The experience is educational, interesting, tough to see and hear the true events of what happened and it is something I won’t ever forget. Book an early departure as you’ll return earlier and have the rest of the day. Wear good walking, comfortable footwear.

  Most of the service was not provided. Basically the only service is a ride from Krakow to Auschwitz. This is not a tour, it's a very expensive taxi ride $460 USD). They claim that it's a tour, it's NOT. The tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau is provided ONLY by the Auschwitz Museum professionals. They also claim that you get skip the line tickets. This is NOT TRUE. Everyone in our tour group was angry about the false advertising. We waited 3 hours to have the opportunity to buy tickets, then had to wait another 2hrs for our tour to begin. We also received a text message the day before that said the "tour guide" would buy lunch if we had to wait more than an hour. Also that did not happen. When I showed the driver (so called tour guide) the voucher that said, "Guaranteed skip the line tickets" he said, "as you can see, you need to wait in line, if you don't like it you can leave the tour and go wait in the van" (ending my day and losing my money). The false advertising is what makes everyone so upset. You expect to get what they say you are paying a premium for. I would recommend that everyone just buy their tickets online at the official museum website and then figure out how to get there (rental, driver, train, etc). You'll save a lot of money and time.

  It was good very informative however we would’ve preferred going around in smaller groups of maybe 5 or 10 to explore rather than being in a big group of about 50, the tour guide was good however we found him hard to understand but other than that it’s very interesting and a good place to go visit :)
