  The tasting was excellent, so were the thermal springs, seamless transportation on time and no dramas. Zakopane was tourist geared to much for us the view was spectacular from the top of the mountain but didn’t think much of the tourist trap

  A fun and well-organised day out, with a great pace throughout. Michal and Sebastian took excellent care of us and made the experience really enjoyable. It’s a fantastic way to explore the Zakopane area. We especially liked the stop at a traditional highlander village, where we tried local cheese and vodka — a real highlight. When we reached Zakopane, we took the funicular to the top of the hill. There were plenty of souvenir stalls, but we ended up spending too much time there and didn’t get to explore the town as much as we’d hoped. My tip: head up, snap a quick photo, then come back down to make the most of Zakopane itself. The thermal baths were lively and large, with lots of different pools to enjoy. It’s more of a family leisure complex than a tranquil spa, but we still had a great time. We would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Krakow

  Firstly the tour and the guides were excellent and we have an amazing day but the company's organization let them down. We always chose our day trips on services that can pick up from our hotel. When we booked this tour we selected our hotel and all was good. 24 hrs before pickup we were given a collection point several blocks away. It was ok and we didn't mind the walk but during the drop off, that afternoon, two couples were told they could not be returned to their collection point and they would be dropped off with everyone else and they would have to get a taxi home, This is not acceptable especially as one of the customers need assistance walking.

  We were picked up really close by and met by our guide nico. Very friendly and informative. Day was great. In Zakapone we went up funical train but decided to walk down using the path. Only for able people mind you as steep and not even ground. Worth it for the views !!! Thermal baths was great albeit a little busy and cramped but still enjoyable

  Our driver was Paul and then guide was Mirek. They were other great. We contacted the day before to ask if they could change the pick up point due to restrictions on the road on which our hotel is located. A whole 5 minutes walk!! But a better time - 08.20.. We are not App savvy., but Mirek went out of his way to help us. E-tickets are not for octogenarians! He was friendly, helpful and informative. The day went well. We would have liked a little longer in Zakopane and less in the hot baths, but that’s all we would change.Coach and driver were good. Then at the end, we left a bag on the bus.. Guess what? Mirek brought it to our hotel. This man is a star. Thank you for your company and a great day out.
