During the day you will visit Auschwitz-Birkenau museum and Wieliczka Salt Mine. In both places we will provide you the tours with an official english speaking in-person guides. We will pick you up and drop you off in your hotel - door to door service is included. Our tour leaders/drivers with fluent english will take care of everything so you won't have to worry about anything during the day. Tour includes all entrance fees, transportation and the guides' and the tour leaders services. We offer optional lunch box to order a day before an excursion.
Our staff is an experienced team of people who love their job trying to provide you the best service possible. All of our drivers/tour leaders are english-speaking and ready to help you and answer all your questions. We treat people individually. Our modern air-conditioned fleet is ready for the ride!

The route inside the Wieliczka Salt Mine includes 380 stairs to take down to reach first level of the mine and at the end there is an elevator which will take you back on the ground
There is around 16 degrees Celcius inside Wieliczka Salt Mine
Most of the visit in Auschwitz-Birkenau camps is outdoors - please be well prepared for weather conditions
Providing full names of all participants while making booking and bringing photo IDs (passport, driving license etc.) at the day of the tour is compulsory - Auschwitz-Birkenau museum has security check/IDs control at the entrance. Without providing actual full names and documents entering the museum will be denied.
We need all traveler's first and last name regarding security check and IDs control at entrance to Auschwitz I museum - providing all traveler's full names is obligatory and it's a must to provide service
As we receive some inquiries from clients - please note that we DO NOT organise 2 AM pickup times and we DO NOT let our travelers queue for tickets as they are all prebooked

You will see both Auschwitz I and Birkenau parts of nazi concentration camp. It's a standard full time tour with an official in-person guide. The tour includes a break in between Auschwitz I and Birkenau tours and we provide transportation from first to second part as well.
Wieliczka Salt Mine
You will visit UNESCO wonder which is Salt Mine in Wieliczka. It's a standard full time tour with an offcial in-person guide.

5.00What a wonderful tour. The entire day was so well organised. The communication from the company and drivers was great from advising on pick up to telling us about the day ahead. Very informative tour guides throughout . Also a really great lunch which we decided to purchase and we'll worth the money. Top class day. Will definitely book again. Thank you .

5.00Auschwitz-Birkenau was a bucket list destination for us and it exceeded all expectations. Our guide was wonderful and very informative. Definitely order the packed lunch as there is not a lot of time to order food and eat it. It was given later in the day so have a decent breakfast. The salt mine was interesting but not our cup of tea. There was ALOT of walking for the day so wear comfy shoes (my 28 year old feet and back were dying). All round brilliant day and would definitely recommend this tour.

5.00Our driver was substituted last minute. Really good communication about trip disruption and quick response. Tells a lot about an organisation that can do positively pivot last minute. You’d never know from the long day that it started with a blip. Well done to choose Cracow! Our driver was lovely. Very clear instructions. Ran the day very smoothly. The packed lunch is excellent value, fresh and delicious. Highly recommend. Our tour guide at the camps was amazing, but I hence these are employees of the camp organisations. This tour is something everyone needs to go on in hopes that such travesties do not get repeated, especially in today’s ultra right leanings. We must all bear witness to such atrocities that happened so they don’t happen again.

5.00A must for any first time visit to Poland, a very well organised day, full of facts and information. The guides at both Auschwitz-Birkenau and The Salt Mines were exceptional. The optional packed lunches were super and just what we needed during the trip. 10/10 highly recommend.

5.00The tour was very well organised from start to finish. I had been concerned to begin with after reading horror stories online of other tour operators texting the day before to say pick up times were being arranged for early hours of the morning due to the business of the museum and it then being too late to cancel. However, this did categorically not happen with this tour operator. The communication from the tour operator was extremely detailed along with maps/pictures of pick up locations which were all extremely helpful and made everything run so smoothly The tour itself was a long day which was as expected extremely moving/upsetting. However I could not have come to Krakow without experiencing this and paying my respects to all those who lost their lives in such an awful way, at the hands of such evil people. The salt mines again was an amazing/extraordinary place, not to be missed whilst staying in krakow. As I mentioned this is a long day but worth it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the tour company. A day we won’t forget. Thank you

Harrowing but necessary

5.00You cannot come to Krakow without visiting Auschwitz. Our guide was fantastic she explained everything to us, even in places getting emotional herself. On the day of our visit it was cold, foggy and very eerie. We were cold in our coats etc so it made you realise just how cold they would have been in thin clothes. Its very harrowing learning about how they were treated and quite frankly it made me think that I would have preferred to have been killed as soon as I got there. After we finished the tour we suddenly realised that there was no wildlife, no birds flying around, it was if they realised this was a horrible place. The Salt Mines was very tiring and didn't realise just how much walking was involved. You start off decending down 385 steps to reach the 1st level. In total you depend 135 feet into the mine which is still a working one. The only bonus is that at the end you don't have to climb the stairs you get the lift, what a relief Both camps and the Salt Mines is a good visit but would have preferred to do them on separate days
