During the day you will visit Auschwitz-Birkenau museum and Wieliczka Salt Mine. In both places we will provide you the tours with an official english speaking in-person guides. We will pick you up and drop you off in your hotel - door to door service is included. Our tour leaders/drivers with fluent english will take care of everything so you won't have to worry about anything during the day. Tour includes all entrance fees, transportation and the guides' and the tour leaders services. We offer optional lunch box to order a day before an excursion.
Our staff is an experienced team of people who love their job trying to provide you the best service possible. All of our drivers/tour leaders are english-speaking and ready to help you and answer all your questions. We treat people individually. Our modern air-conditioned fleet is ready for the ride!

The route inside the Wieliczka Salt Mine includes 380 stairs to take down to reach first level of the mine and at the end there is an elevator which will take you back on the ground
There is around 16 degrees Celcius inside Wieliczka Salt Mine
Most of the visit in Auschwitz-Birkenau camps is outdoors - please be well prepared for weather conditions
Providing full names of all participants while making booking and bringing photo IDs (passport, driving license etc.) at the day of the tour is compulsory - Auschwitz-Birkenau museum has security check/IDs control at the entrance. Without providing actual full names and documents entering the museum will be denied.
We need all traveler's first and last name regarding security check and IDs control at entrance to Auschwitz I museum - providing all traveler's full names is obligatory and it's a must to provide service
As we receive some inquiries from clients - please note that we DO NOT organise 2 AM pickup times and we DO NOT let our travelers queue for tickets as they are all prebooked

You will see both Auschwitz I and Birkenau parts of nazi concentration camp. It's a standard full time tour with an official in-person guide. The tour includes a break in between Auschwitz I and Birkenau tours and we provide transportation from first to second part as well.
Wieliczka Salt Mine
You will visit UNESCO wonder which is Salt Mine in Wieliczka. It's a standard full time tour with an offcial in-person guide.

3.00I was disappointed as the tour appeared to be very rushed and disorganized. Weather was awful, but that was not an excuse for the service. On a positive note, the lunch was superb, well done. Not sure what the bus guide's job was.

5.00We would highly recommend this trip — it’s something everyone should do in their lifetime. Visiting Auschwitz and Birkenau was incredibly moving and important, and the salt mine was fascinating. It’s amazing to think that everything inside was carved entirely out of salt. Both of our tour guides were excellent, very knowledgeable, and their English was brilliant. Our driver, Thomas, was also fantastic and made the journey smooth and comfortable. It is a long day with a lot of walking, but it was absolutely worth it and an experience we’re really glad we did.
Perfect. Plenty of bathroom breaks.

5.00Amazing day! My feet ached from walking but my cheeks ached from laughing after the salt mines what an experience. Auswhitz, despite being so sad. Is a must see. I felt so grounded afterwards. The tour guide, Peter, was sweet. Provided plenty of bathroom breaks for any of my fellow weak bladder people who are worried about that. Only one point I will mention about these breaks is that peter often gave us about 10 minutes which wasn’t enough time (if your a lady) to even get through the bathroom queue but no stress at no time did they make us feel rushed about this! We didn’t pay for the lunch but our peers did and it looked tasty and nutritious! I wouldn’t recommend going with anyone else!

5.00Peter was an excellent driver and lead for the day. Overnight, inches of snow had descended on Krakow and the surrounding countryside. Peter drove us safely to and from our destinations and communicated all the information we needed for each of the visits. It’s a long day and well worth it. There are periods of standing still (listening to guides) and walking. There is an hour or so of driving between Auschwitz camps and the salt mine. All the guides were excellent. Thank you. Lest we forget.

5.00All tours were fantastic and guides were very knowledgable and really made the experience! We also ordered the packed lunch that was on offer and it was more than worth the money! Would definately recommend! 10/10!!

4.00Highly recommend this tour. The guide for Auschwitz and Birkenau spoke excellent English and explained everything really well whilst taking us around both sites and really pressed home the severity of what had happened there. The whole afternoon was very dignified and allowed us to pay our respects to those that were killed there. The salt mines are ok but there is a lot of walking and it drags on a bit as after a while it becomes very repetitive and we were quite tired by the end of the day.

5.00Absolutely fantastic trip , from what reviews I’d seen online I was put off with booking a trip but please do not let it put you off . This company is great , the driver was extremely friendly (Peter) and he made sure everyone was happy throughout the day , we was all given the tickets on the coach for camp 1 then the second camp so we had to do no queuing like the rest of the tours people have booked . Despite the really bad snowy conditions everyone was picking up by the coach and taken to each site where we was greeted with the English tour guide which I will add was fantastic. This company also did packed lunches which you could pay for (we didn’t get one ) but after seeing them I wish we did . Although we booked this along with the salt mines in the same trip it wasn’t as much as a long day as people make it out to be and I’d definitely recommend this to anyone, incredible value for money and it’s a must do !!

5.00Our driver Peter was great, hotel pick up and taken to Auschwitz, Auschwitz Birkenau and later the salt mine and returned back to our hotel at the end of the day. The guide at Auschwitz was very knowledgeable and the whole experience was incredibly moving. We also ordered the lunch for 40 PLN which was well worth it. The salt mine was very interesting, but we found it was too much doing both experiences in one day. We walked approximately 9 miles and in the salt mine there were around 700 steps. Even people much younger than us found it too much after all the walking at Auschwitz. The experience was enjoyable and the guide was very good, but I wouldn’t recommend doing both experiences on the same day. Would definitely use this company again, it was very easy, all booked on the app with WhatsApp messages close to the day with reminders of pick up times etc. Overall, very good experience.
