For all bookings for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.

Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.

To be fair I couldn’t review this simply for where and its history …l will say one thing tho If you visit simply take it as a symbol of how bad the world can get.

Very please with the experience from start to finish. We had Igor pick us up at the exact time he said from our hotel. He explained brilliantly how everything on the trip would run, which made the day go smoothly. Overall would highly recommend we had a great day out.

Wrap up warmly Berkanau was extremely cold. Food and toilets are available at Auschwitz but only toilets ar Berkanau. Our driver, Thomas was excellent as was our guide at the sites. A fascinating experience.

From start to finish, a fantastic experience and one not to be missed! Hotel pick up was friendly and efficient, comfortable transportation and very welcoming. Tour guide around Auschwitz & Birkenea had great knowledge to share with us, and looked after us all the way through. Would highly recommend this tour.

Nov 26, 2025@0700. Picked up from hotel a few minutes early. Drive to Auschwitz was about an 1 hour and 20 min from Krakow. It was snowing and should have brought an umbrella. Arrival was extremely crowded so our driver made arrangements to go to Birkenau first which worked out better than expected. Our group in the van was 8 people and our tour group upon arrival was approximately 20 people. Tour was informative and insightful. Had the option for a box lunch which I’m glad we purchased for 60 pln each.

Very convenient, they picked us up at the hotel in a small van. Very organized and offered a delicious boxed lunch in-between locations. The driver and tour guide were great. Highly recommended.

We were collected on time and driver was nice and friendly. On arrival another driver from the group of people we were attached with was very rude and aggressive to us and another lady in the group because our names were wrong on our tickets. This was very upsetting to us. When booking the experience I was unaware how important it is that your name matches your passport. Maybe trip advisor should highlight this. The tour was really rushed and the woman that took us round gave us no time to study the plaques and would point things out along the way but there was about 30 in our group so if you were at the back you had no idea what she was talking about. I was very very disappointed by the organisation of the trip. Would have preferred a smaller group and not to be rushed.

Disorganised at Auschwitz, too rushed and not enough time to see and take it all in. Birkenau felt rushed, the guide barely talked and couldn’t hear her.
Very sobering visit to a place that should never be forgotten.

Well organised with hotel pick up, only thing was originally it said pick up would be between 7am and 10am but received an email the day before to say it would be 6.10am. So be prepared. On arrival our driver collected our tickets and took us straight to the security/ ticket check. Our guide met us at 8.30am and we did the Auschwitz tour, a break of 15 minutes, then a shuttle bus to Birkenau. We stayed there about 1.5 hours then came back to Auschwitz and met our driver for the trip back to Krakow. This is my second visit but it has had a new entrance since then, which made entry very easy. Our guide was so passionate and knowledgeable about everything. If you feel able to visit then you should. What happened here should never be forgotten. Truly harrowing but something we should never ever forget.
