Not enough time to visit all of Krakow’s must-see places? On this tour, you'll visit two of Poland's most important UNESCO World Heritage sites Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt Mine — in one day. Your day will start early, but this way you will manage to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau, the former Nazi concentration camp, and explore the Mine, and be back in Krakow by dinner time.

Please note that the maximum size of bags and backpacks allowed to carry on the Museum grounds is 30 x 20 x 10 cm. You can always leave your belongings inside the bus which will be parked nearby.
Please note that this tour is not available on: 25th of December, 1st of January, Easter Sunday and March of the Living Day.
Please note that to reach the first level of the mine (64 meters underground), You have to descent a wooden stairway which has 378 stairs. There are around 800 steps on the whole route in the Salt mine. After the tour, You will be taken up to the surface with a lift.
Temperature in the Salt Mine is approximately 14 degrees C (57 degrees F), please wear warm clothes and comfortable shoes.

Please note that admission tickets to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum are personalized. Each participant is required to provide their full name as it appears on their official ID during the booking process. Any errors in names or failure to provide this information at least 24 hours before the tour may result in denied entry to the museum.

Mr.Shuttle Tours & Transfers Krakow
The pickups are provided between 6:00 and 7:30 depending on your accommodation and our schedules. The pickup time is always confirmed by text and email the day before the tour. The tour is operated in a group of a maximum of 30 people. During the trip, you will watch a documentary movie about the history of the Nazi concentration camps.
Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau
Firstly, You will be taken to Auschwitz I, where you will join an English tour – provided by the museum’s guide – for about 2 hours. After that, we will transfer you to Auschwitz II-Birkenau, about 2 km away. You will spend there about one hour with the same guide. After Camp Auschwitz II-Birkenau, you will have time to eat our freshly prepared lunchboxes (which include chicken pasta salad, sandwich, sweet bar, fruit, and water). We also provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten, and dairy-free options. Please add a remark in your booking if you have any special requirements. Please note that the tickets are titular. Make sure the information in the booking is correct. Change of this data is possible for an additional fee paid to the supplier.

5.00The tour was very well organised from start to finish by the ‘Mr Shuttle’ team. Communication and reminders prior to and on the day about pick-up times/ locations and needing to take photo ID to Auschwitz were excellent. We were picked up at our hotel right on time in a very clean, well presented car and taken to meet an equally clean, well presented minibus - both drivers were excellent. Doing Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mine together makes for a long day, but it is an excellent way to do both attractions. The English speaking guides at both attractions were also very good and very knowledgeable and brought to life both fascinating locations. We also took the lunch option which was very good. All in all an excellent day which also offered very good value for money.

5.00Absolutely amazing tour. Auschwitz and birkenau were wonderful tours, extremely harrowing. Michau (micheal) was an amazing tour guide, you could feel the emotion in his voice. The salt mines are absolutely incredible, highly recommend!
A must do whilst visiting the area.

5.00Exceptional and poignant day - I defy anyone not to get something meaningful out of it. The service provided by Mr Shuttle was great and our driver and tour guides were fabulous. Picks ups and drop offs were easy and on time. It’s a full on day but well worthwhile. The beautiful snow made it even more memorable.

5.00It was well worth doing the 2 in one day , it’s a full 12 hours trip , bring food with you and drinks, plenty of toilet stops along the way , everything was very well organised, our driver was amazing too , I would highly recommend this trip , such good value for money

5.00Well organised tour with experienced guides. Moving day at the camps so well worth a visit to Salt mines to refocus. Long day packed to the full and good value for your money. We included the lunch option, fair price and enough to keep you going for the day. Early start so missed brekkie but enough time to pick up a pastry at the restaurant at Aushwitz on arrival.

5.00Excellent guides and driver lots of walking but totally worth it Very interesting and educational Unbelievable realities very good narration by the guide very hard true story telling of these horrendous histories very hard job to do and tell Salt mines amazing won’t spoil the surprises! N history here too Beautiful outside area too Would definitely comeback to Krakow to do other trips here
