  The tour was good. The only downside was that half of the tour was in Spanish. Understandable, but lessened our enjoyment. When I asked if we could stay on the bus and skip the boat portion (mainly because of the difficulty finding cabs because of the Underground strike and rain) our guide argued with us saying that we would have no problem finding a cab. I know that not to be true because it took us 30 minutes to get a cab to go from our Kensington hotel to the tour at Victoria. In any case our driver, Kee, spoke up and said that he was driving past Victoria and was happy for us to ride with him. Kee was wonderful. When he found out that our hotel was close to Harrods, he said that was on his route as well. Kee was engaging, fun, informative pointing out all the attractions as we proceeded towards Harrods. He couldn’t have been nicer and was a godsend given the Underground situation. To give our guide credit, she was able to move our seats in the coach closer to the front. I am very hard of hearing and this certainly helped. The people in the rear part of the bus where we were initially seated ( because of the cab situation) never stopped talking in Spanish and one was obviously ill with a bad cold. So it was very good to get away from them. I give our guide full credit for our being able to move us. My only real complaint was her arguing with me when I asked to stay on the bus. That’s when Kee stepped in in offered to take us to within walking distance of our hotel which was on his route. Kudos to Kee!

  Fantastic day! We saw so much, but never felt rushed. The guide was wonderful and kept everyone on time and safe.

  This tour left us really satisfied! Excellent driver Antonio and very competent and exhaustive our guide Tasha. We started on time and we could appreciate each site in the program. The packed lunch offered by the tour operator was really appreciated. Many also breaks for a coffee/snack and toilet use. However we would have liked to be able to see the Greenwich Meridian even briefly.

  We missed the tour because of road construction . Our drive was 90 min vs the 30 we had planned . If you are late they leave you and will not credit you to reschedule. The tour was going to charge us another 50% to rebook on another day, after already fully paying for the tour. Very disappointing.Terrible customer service, only focused on the $

  Very nice tour. Loads of information. Lunch snack a little disappointing. Plain sandwich without condiments may be better, offer to put your own on. Very satisfied in the tour content.
