3.00The tickets and audio file arrived as expected and in advance of my visit to the museum. FWIW, the British museum (and many other museums in London) are free of charge to enter. The ticket, map, and audio file came with very clear instructions which was great. What was lacking was the audio file was linked to a Google Drive where you have to navigate individual audio files that were out of order and challenging to navigate while in the museum. Especially with spotty service. Many of the artefacts in the rooms seemed to be missing, and even many rooms were missing. I would strongly recommend Downloading the official app British museum app & paying for the tours which were the exact same price as this.

3.00My past tours with Viator have been very good. Having said that the particular audio part of the tour to the British Museum was almost impossible and nearly ruined my experience to get the audio connection. I eventually canceled it and went on our own.

5.00We waited too long and the free tickets were gone for the day we wanted to go. We still wanted to go to the British Museum, so I was at a loss of what to do. Viator to the rescue!!! The small price I paid was worth it because I didn’t book the free tickets on time. We were able to tour for a small fee. Totally worth it because I didn’t get the free tickets directly in time.
