We host one of the most interactive and fun experiences for couples, groups or singles. A Gin & Tonic will be waiting for you on arrival before we take you through a brief history of gin, distillation methods and flavour profiles. You will then discover a range of flavours by sampling various pure botanical distillates and select the ones you will use as ingredients for blending your personalised gin recipe. I will help you develop and create your own personal gin according to your flavour preferences. After crafting your own gin, you will be able to enjoy it in a G&T as well as in a bottle to take home which you will fill, label, name and seal.

Ticket for two: Team with your lab partner to create your gin. Each person gets a G&T but only one bottle / recipe is created by the couple.

Really informative and great fun! It was very hands on. We learnt a lot and really enjoyed trying out the different botanicals and blending our own gin. Gonzalo was epic! He taught us so much and made it all very enjoyable. Highly recommend it!

it was interesting but feel like since we chose to make vodka instead of gin were left to our own devices the idea was unique, the shop was cute and met some nice people

We learned a lot about gin. The Greenwich gin is delicious very complex. We also learned that it is difficult to arrive at a good recipe from all the botanicals and trying the different flavors was interesting. A good insight into British culture.

We took a gin tasting session with a group of friends, it was really fun and interesting. The guide was really knowledgeable and friendly, we learned so many things about gin in a fun and interactive session. We tried many different gins and learned all about them, their cocktails are amazing and they have such a nice cocktail bar atmosphere. They are located in a cozy space within the Old Royal Naval College so we also ended up visiting nearby attractions. We had a really good time, highly recommended!
