3.00The museum was nice enough. Maybe it was my misunderstanding, but to purchase this excursion with audio wasn’t worth it. Just purchase entry only and audio from the Museum. We did not get the audio to work, and the museum claimed that we had to purchase from them. So that was a loss.
Would like to have tried to get in for free now that I've done it this way

3.00Buying online does help get you in the door quickly, but there was still a long line at the entrance before the gallery opened. The self-guided audio tour may not be worth the money; it only talks about specific works of art, and if the paintings have been removed or moved to a different room, it's unhelpful.

5.00I really enjoyed this audio tour of the National Gallery. The fast entry saved us a lot of time, especially with the crowds, and the audio guide was clear, well-paced, and full of interesting details without being overwhelming. It helped me appreciate the paintings so much more. Definitely worth it if you want a deeper experience without a guided group!

1.00Don’t bother. Just hire the audio from the National Gallery. Not saving a thing and no faster. In fact we ended up hiring from the Gallery because we couldn’t work out the link etc given by the company.

1.00Do not recommend it at all. 1 ticket here is usually more expensive than on the official site, and the audio guide includes only a small part of the paintings.

1.00At the entrance to the National Gallery , they didn’t accept my audio guide voucher, so I had to repay for an audio guide to download to my phone. What I booked via viator is a great scam!
Go to the museum but flee the Viator website!

1.00The museum is all very well but go directly it’s free without being ripped off by sites like Viator that sell you fake services.
