There are no toilets on board.

Wheelchair users can sit on the lower deck but must occupy one of the fixed position seats.

Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Under 5s are not allowed.

The route is subject to change due to road closures and traffic conditions.

Some of the dishes on the menus may be subject to change.

We cannot guarantee that all foods have not been in contact with nuts.

Our menu features a selection of standard (non-vegetarian), vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten-free options. To accommodate specific allergies or dietary needs, please email us least 24 hours before your visit. If no special dietary requests are received, you will be served the standard meal on the day of travel. Please note that we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements on the day of your visit.

Tuck into a specially crafted afternoon tea inspired by The Snowman™, and featuring a selection of delicious finger sandwiches, sultana scones with jam and cream, festive cupcakes, mince pies, delightful Snowball truffles, and more. Pair your treats with a cosy choice of hot chocolate, tea, or coffee – or upgrade to a deluxe hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and marshmallows! To make your experience even more special, you can pre-purchase a selection of extras including, a glass of Prosecco, mulled wine, or a festive Snowball cocktail.

Absolutely loved this! Beautifully themed bus, excellent staff, delicious food, great selection of drinks. Takes longer than an hour because of traffic so bear this in mind if you have a later event to attend. Recommend the mulled wine!
