The land will get increasingly dramatic as we enter the Great Rift Valley escarpment. We’ll make stops along the way to refresh and view the impressive features of the escarpment. Then we’ll head down to the valley floor, exploring the scenic features through Masai country, perhaps getting glimpses of the colorful herdsman along the way as we approach the reserve. We should arrive at the Masai Mara at about lunchtime, which we’ll enjoy at our chosen accommodation. Then, get ready for the awesome expanse and stirring wildlife populations of the great reserve. This is one of the world’s great eco-systems and unparalleled for its diversity of wildlife. Hunters and grazers, both large and small fill the sweeping hills and savannahs of the beautiful park. Your first game drive will be an introduction to the numbers and variety of wildlife you’ll experience during your three days in the park.

Maasai Mara National Reserve
We’ll be up early to view the park’s abundant wildlife, said to the densest of any park in the region. This will be a day of unlimited game drives over the golden fields and past the distinctive acacia trees adorning these plains. Be on the lookout for Africa’s Big Five – lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. The birdlife is also abundant, and should you be here during the season of the Great Migration (July – October), prepare yourself to witness the largest movement of animals on the planet. Primarily made up of wildebeest and zebra, the migrating animals cross into the park by the thousands at the Mara River, also the site of hippos and waiting crocodiles. The potential drama here is inescapable as the streaming herds enter these lands for fresh grasses as the predators lie in wait. Adding more richness to your Masai Mara experience, you can enjoy an optional visit to one of the local villages. There, you’ll meet the Maasai and see their lifestyle up close. Another optional event is an early morning hot air balloon ride over the reserve. Take in the park below coming to life as the fields light up and the wildlife begin a new day on the savannah. A magnificent experience – just ask your driver/guide to set up either or both activities.

5.00It was only three days, but in this brief time in the Masai Mara, nature seemed to tell the whole story of life. The first morning we saw a large family of lions: the little cubs played alongside their parents. Then, watching the cheetah hunting from the window of the jeep all day, it looked like we were inside a National Geographic photograph. Our guide knew perfectly well when to stop, where and how to approach the animals without disturbing them. Visiting the Masai people at night to see their dances, songs and lifestyle was a unique experience. It was a short trip, but full of excitement.
3 days in Masai Mara stole a piece of our hearts.

5.00Our 3-day safari in the Masai Mara was a great adventure with Natural World Kenya Safaris. Our guide was fantastic storytellers. He didn’t just drive us around, he connected us with the land and its creatures. We learned about the delicate balance of the ecosystem, and the deep respect the Maasai people have for nature. Our 3 days gave us the Masai culture, their traditions, and how they live in harmony with the land. It also gave us a deeper appreciation for what we were witnessing.

1.00DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! My daughter paid this trip as a present for myself and husband! She paid 40% in May then 60% two days before the trip in good faith that ESTHER had arranged it…our driver turned up took us to Maasai Mara but had no idea about the itinerary, when we contacted ESTHER she either treated my daughter like she shouldn’t have asked questions or completely ignored her…No gate fees were paid….Hotel wasn’t paid which ended with my family being padlocked into the lodge until we made payment…even though my daughter had an email from lodge stating they were expecting money from Natural World!! Being in a foreign country trapped is the most frightening thing ever!!! We tried to contact this company by several numbers without response even though it showed them on line! And we even sent a message saying it was a medical emergency and still NO RESPONSE 😡 After we paid the hotel again we were released! We went to airport early when departing and sat in Natural World branch where we were promised payment next day which never happened so although we thought Clara had helped us as we showed her the ignored calls from ESTHER and all the payments we had paid, when we arrived in England we checked bank no money!!! So my opinion now is that they’re all liars and thieves and I am sure they all receive their wages each month!! Once in UK I asked my daughter to put ESTHERS number in my phone…amazingly she answered, very pleasant until I explained that I wasn’t booking a trip but wanted money back…she put phone down on me! So I messaged and her reply was that my daughter was at fault!!!! No apology!! Since then I have email the info…no response! Finance who responded but put wrong name on email 🤔 stating it will be at the end of September before we get refunded which I don’t have much hope that it will happen! I replied to this saying it’s unacceptable no response!! This was the senior accountant JANE MONAYO. We are reporting this to all the tourist companies and the police! We have plenty of evidence that this is fraud! And the company clearly doesn’t care….not quite sure how they have 4.8 stars from yourselves and I personally think that trip advisor should be researching into them as one of the reasons my daughter choose Natural World is due to the high stars trip advisor has given!!

5.00We went on this 3-day safari with three friends and were really impressed by the service of the Natural World Safaris. A comfortable jeep ride, expert guide Paul's explanation, and the opportunity to see the animals from close quarters - all this is a wonderful experience. Watching the sunrise in the vast wilderness of Masai Mara was one of the most beautiful moments of our trip. Don't forget to enjoy the sky at night. The Natural World Kenya Safaris is perfect for us.

1.00This is a scam. They will take your deposit and the final payment, and then when you arrive in Kenya they will tell you there was a problem with their payment provider and that they have refunded your payment. They really did not refund your payment. It is a fake email. They will then tell you to pay for the hotels and flights. They do not actually book anything when you pay them. I think they will use the receipts of the things you pay for as proof for the deposits in case you dispute the transaction. Book through your hotel instead.

4.00Positive experience. A bit of disorganization in general, however, all in all, exceeded expectations. The lodge was changed post booking but in the end the result was great (ashnil lodge). We managed to see so many animals, the driver (also changed at the last) was not the best, it was not very engaging but the agency has few faults on this. In general satisfied

4.00We saw some amazing wildlife and our guide knew exactly where to go. However our guide himself was not the most friendly nor did he have the best English. We asked several questions about the animals to learn more and he provided one word answers most of the time. I would not let this dissuade you from using this company as the jeep, organisation & the actual animals we saw were great but I would strongly recommend you specify the type of guide you want (chatty, able to share info about the animals, informative etc). I would like to shout out Esther who was fantastic in coordinating everything and on hand for everything we needed throughout the tour (there was some confusion with dietary requirements at our lodge and she was so proactive to sort this out - thank you!).
10/10 Experience in Kenya safari.

5.00We are going to be a safari for 3 days in Masai Mara, And it was marvelous experience that we wanted Natural World Safari truly lives up to its name. They transformed our ideas into a dream getaway without any of the stress that usually comes with travel planning. I’ll definitely appreciate the all team members. What really stood out was the level of support we received during the trip. A dedicated contact from Natural World was always available via online and responded promptly if we needed anything or had questions. It gave us great peace of mind knowing someone had our back, even in a foreign country.

5.00Our 3-day visit to Masai Mara was a unique experience for me. Starting from Nairobi, we can go on a game drive on the first afternoon. We saw elephants, giraffes, lions, and even leopards. The second day was the Sunrise Game Drive - the opportunity to see a unique form of nature in the morning. I also had the opportunity to visit the Maasai village and learn about their culture. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The safari jeep was nice and comfortable. This trip exceeded my expectations in a short time.

5.00This 3-day safari to Masai Mara was one of the best experiences of my life. Natural World Kenya Safaris takes care of everything from the very beginning. Our guide Jhon was very professional, giving detailed information about each animal. One morning I saw a cheetah hunting a deer - it was just like a movie! The jeep was comfortable, ideal for taking pictures. Along with the safari, visiting the Maasai villages and seeing their culture was an added gift.
