Since 2017, we’ve been dedicated to sharing our Vietnamese culture through the beauty of cuisine with people from around globe

We have a team of professional, energetic and proficient instructors to create a fun and lively atmosphere where participants can learn, laugh, and indulge in the vibrant flavors of Vietnam.

Through our cooking classes, culinary team building and corporate events , we wish to bring joy , create memorable experience by guiding them how to make healthy Vietnamese cuisine and we hope that this cycle of happiness can grow and spread wider

Also, M.O.M Cooking Studio want to let Vietnamese dishes appear in all the kitchen around the world

An Unforgettable Culinary Journey in Ho Chi Minh City! I recently had the absolute pleasure of participating in this cooking class, and it was the highlight of my trip to Ho Chi Minh City. This isn't just a cooking lesson; it's a full-immersion cultural and culinary experience. The adventure began with a visit to a local market. Our instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through the vibrant stalls, explaining the unique ingredients, and helping us select the freshest produce, herbs, and spices. Seeing and smelling the ingredients at their source truly set the stage for what was to come. Back at the cooking station, the class was well-structured, fun, and hands-on. We learned to prepare four distinct and delicious Vietnamese dishes. The instructor was patient, attentive, and passionate about sharing her expertise. She provided clear demonstrations and was always available to offer helpful tips, ensuring everyone felt confident and successful. The best part was, of course, sitting down to enjoy the incredible meal we had created with our own hands. The flavors were unbelievably fresh and authentic. This class is a must-do for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh! It's a wonderful, engaging, and highly rewarding experience that I would recommend without hesitation. Thank you for such a memorable day!

Very nice experience. It was amazing to get to know Vietnamese grocery shopping at the market and to learn how to cook it as well really enjoyable class!

My son and I loved the class. The choice of dishes, the organisation and the atmosphere during the session were all great. Time flew and we managed to come out with very tasty dinner :). Our instructor Rosie was attentive to detail and very patient with us :)

What a delightful and serene cooking experience! Our instructor patiently walked us through each step, keeping the pace just right and leaving ample room for follow-up questions. The dishes we created were absolutely delicious, crafted in a truly authentic cooking class filled with passion, care, and respect. Highly recommend!

The road to royalty for a peasant is quite inclined; rest assured that with M.O.M cooking classes you will get the insight to map out this path using taste buds. Central style cuisine was the option picked. Helen & her team of ladies were incredible! I am greatly thankful for the workshop, the moment & knowledge shared. Cảm ơn

Definitely worth doing if you are in Ho Chi Minh City. Helen, the host, was friendly, professional and very patient. The instructions were easy to follow and the end results very tasty. A must for anyone who enjoys food or cooking.

Fantastic experience. Started off in the morning going round the market and seeing it through a local’s lens, thanks to our guide Lucas. Back at the studio, Helen and the team gave us a great time learning Vietnamese cuisine as well as the local culture. My friend and I had a fun time, and I would love to come back again next time I come to HCM city with my family!

This class combined two things I love about- a market tour and cooking. Everything we made was delicious and I was very full after the class. Helen was a great instructor and everyone working there was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Lucas, Helen and Mr Lee were fantastic hosts for our cooking class. We started at 8:30 and took a trip through the market to chase produce. Lucas was very experienced and knowledgeable - he knew so much about the food and explained its uses to us and we stopped at the vendors. Back at the kitchen, Helen’s passion for food and cooking is so obvious. Her instructions made us feel like professional chefs! The food was delicious, the length of the class was perfect and we really had such a great time. A highlight of our trip to Vietnam. We will definitely be making some of these recipes when we get back home to Australia.
