1.00Tour operator did not pick us up. We were waiting 30-minutes before scheduled time and 1-hour after. Tried multiple times to contact them via email, phone, and chat. No response. I suggest booking with another operator.

5.00We had a lovely tour despite the bad weather , Tahseen was a great tour guide and driver and friendly and helpful . Only thing I would say if you go to 5th station it cost us 2800 yen to enter with the vehicle into the area which we were not expecting to pay as it said free admission on description of tour so be aware . We queried it but was told we needed to pay only parking included

4.00Ali was very easy to work with and open to our ideas and suggestions. Seeing it was our first time in the area have an itinerary that we could of stuck with would have been helpful. On the list was several key spots to visit and we ended up missing a few key ones. The trip was still very enjoyable and pleasant, but I feel we might have missed some prime photo opportunities. If you book just set your destinations and tel him know your trip likes and dislikes.

5.00Good day to Mt Fuji. Had Moon as our driver, and he was very good. Car provided very comfortable. Seeing the majestic My Fuji is must do activity. Speed boat ride on the lake was great and ice cream at Ochi park was superb.

5.00Riaz was a good private tour guide and driver. He arrived on time and even a little early, which helped us get started without any stress. He was very accommodating as we spent quite a bit of time customizing our tour and was patient with our changing plans. We appreciated his flexibility and professionalism throughout the day.
