5.00Our family of 5 had an unforgettable day touring Mount Fuji and Hakone with our incredible guide, Ryu. The entire experience was seamless, well-paced, and beautifully curated. Ryu was knowledgeable and helpful—making sure we enjoyed every stop. We enjoyed amazing views of Mt Fuji at Chureito Pagoda, tasted authentic local foods from villages, visited national heritage, historical and natural sites, enjoyed a scenic ride on the Hakone Ropeway and Lake Ashi pirate ship and finished with a seamless Bullet train experience back to Tokyo. This private tour gave us the perfect balance of culture, nature, and comfort. Highly recommended for families looking for a memorable and stress-free adventure in Japan!

5.00We had a fantastic day with Ryu visiting the Mt. Fuji area. He made great suggestions and we visited all the best locations for seeing Mt. Fuji and learning about its importance to the Japanese people. Ryu also was able to share a lot of interesting perspectives on life in Japan and gave us great insights that helped us understand this interesting country better. We were lucky to have a beautiful day and our views of Mt. Fuji were amazing. Since it had just snowed a couple of days before, we had the added treat of seeing snow on the ground and on rooftops in the surrounding area. Ryu also recommended a terrific lunch stop. This tour was very well organized and returning to Tokyo on the bullet train was very efficient since we could avoid the traffic and get back sooner on the train than by road. Well worth the price and highly recommended!

5.00We greatly enjoyed our trip with Ryu, and we appreciate his kindness and the excellent tour of Mount Fuji and the surrounding areas. He gave us a lot of good suggestions on food (including taking us to a delicious ice cream place after lunch)! We had a lot of flexibility on this tour (and great advice on our options), and we never felt rushed (which is really important to us). Just a note, as a popular tourist destination, the Mount Fuji area can get REALLY crowded. It felt like there were a lot of people when we went, and we were told that was a less crowded day. Because we left early at Ryu’s suggestion, we were able to avoid a lot of the bigger crowds.
