    Zubi and Hayat were great tour guides. They picked us up on time and were professional and flexible. The weather did not allow for Mt Fuji viewing, but they recommended great alternative locations in Hakone. The vehicles were clean and had plenty of room. Comfortable ride to Tokyo as well. Would definitely recommend this private tour!

    As nice as our guide Muhammad was, this was not a tour. This was simply having a driver for the day. Muhammad was very nice in providing us with some tips on where to go. However, he didn't speak much Japanese, and did not have much expertise in terms of the local culture.

    Hi, we were supposed to be picked up at our hotel but for some reason the driver refused to come to the main entrance, also at the end he didn't drop of us there, instead he did it in the middle of the street. From the beginning we explained to him the locations in the order we wanted to visit them to make the route more efficient, well he chosed his own way and took us to two places we didn't ask to. He was a kind person and willing to help but he doesnt speak japanesse, so he couldt understand what the people at the entrances of the places were telling him. The car was dirty (definitely not Japanese standard). In this you hire a driver, not a tour guide. He wanted to finish the tour earlier and we explained to him that we wanted to go to one last stop that we asked him from the beginning and that he made us waist time in stops we didn't ask for so he took us, but he was all the time in a rush and not happy about it. Honestly I did the tour because I was going with more people, but I was stressed and didn't feel safe the whole time. I have used private tours from viator and the experience was totally different. This time I was disappointed from the beginning to the end
