Terrible experience! No refund!

When we showed up at the meeting place, there were hundreds of people. It was mass confusion. People were going from tour guide to tour guide asking if they were in their group. We arrived 20 minutes early to make sure that we were on time. Every time we saw a new tour guide, we'd tell them our name and ask if we were in their group. We got a 'no' answer. We wrre frantically running around trying to find our tour guide. We ended up being with a group of about 10 people who couldn't find their guide and left at the meeting spot. We tried to contact the tour company via Viator while trying to find our guide. We requested a refund and told 'no'. Here is my suggestion for the many tour companies meeting there: Have a sign with your tour title on it! Just a person with a flag is not enough. Have knowledgeable guides who can actually tell you which group you are in and point you in the direction of the correct guide. I have taken two other tours in Kyoto, Japan and they were great and run well. This one in Tokyo was the worst experience. We were so frustrated and stressed out from trying to find our group. GoGoTours was the operator.

Marta was great! She went beyond and above to help us. My friend booked wrong date and she helped us change the date. She helped me find souvenirs. She helped me take pics with Mt Fuji in the background. We sampled macha. Nice lunch, was quick. Stopped at a village to shop.

Our tour guide Brewce was entertaing us all the time during the travel, was very funny. Fuji was in clouds unfortunately, but still a breathtaking view.

We had Louis take us on our day trip . He was a fantastic tour guide . He was so patient helping everyone find the tour spot and making sure everyone got on board . He shared great knowledge and with humour . We had a excellent day with many fun activities
