1.00The National Gallery did not recognize the Viator voucher as being valid. They said this was a third party. I had to pay for the audio tour again. Better to make arrangements directly with the National Gallery.

1.00The National Gallery is free. We didn’t need to make any kind of appointment for “skip the line” access. We didn’t even make this meeting point or appointment to receive headset. I attempted to cancel this weeks ago but there was a no cancellation policy on this ticket reservation and no refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS. It’s FREE! Go to the national gallery website for tickets.
I ended up buying an audio tour from the national Gallery as I was unable to find TripAdvisor entry point or anyone who

3.00I don’t feel TripAdvisor provided much value ad for the tour of the national Gallery. I was unable to find an entry point for the tour or anyone on staff they could recognize my ticket or the barcode provided. However, the gallery was very good. I spent about two hours at the gallery. I tempted to leave a couple of times only to find that I would pass through a room I could not pass up.The blend of early Renaissance all the way up through impressionist art was awesome.

1.00Do not pay to go to this museum, admission is free and there were no lines. They provide headsets for $5, no need to pay for the audio version or to bring your own headsets.

5.00One of the “must see” iconic museums in London. The collection displayed is one of the finest in the world. It does get crowded, so try to visit late in the day or on a Friday evening when they are open late. It’s in a great location and please take your time to appreciate the art.
