The experience was really good! The tour started with our driver, Sadu, picked us up at 6am to the harbour. He helped us to collect tickets and tags for the ferry and provide clear instructions for pick up later on. We really enjoyed the places included in this tour! Our driver/guide, Yogi, helped us to take many nice photos and videos which we really appreciate it! His navigation was good and occasionally he will notify us that the roads were going to be extra bumpy due to bad road conditions. Recommended to have motion sickness pills. Similarly Yogi helped us with getting the tags for the ferry back to main island. This tour we had sufficient time for everything as stated in the initinary. The lunch included was good too! Will come back again for this tour!!

Our experience with yogi and dewa couple days ago was absolutely amazing ,they knew exactly where to go, all the best photo opportunities, they took amazing videos for us as well and was so kind and polite. Dewa was knowledgeable and informative an excellent driver on the narrow bumpy roads ensuring we were safe and comfortable. He checked in on us made sure we were able to see all the landmarks we wanted. Would highly recommend Dewa and yogi as the guide for penida trip

I booked what I thought was a private trip just for ne, but they wrote me the day before through whats app saying that its a "small group". I complained and they cancelled the activity the day before at 11PM. I was angry because, were I am going to find another tour to Nusa Penida now??. Anyways, the tour seems to still be booked even tho I recieved the cancelation email

What positive to say: we are alive and that is undoubtedly the most important thing. We were stolen $67 by viator. I mean by flight the following situations: a first game of snorkling where we had made requests when booking that were not actually taken into account. We took a collective boat while we booked a private day. We thought on the manta bay that it was the end of our lives, we didn’t even have life jackets, resulting in only one person in a small boat out of 25 people present was in the water for 2 minutes before coming back out of fear. The sea was too dangerous but business comes first. Given the weather conditions we did not snorkle, several people were sick and they vomited due to the danger. We were disgusted that we didn’t snorkle and see no fish, no turtles, no manta rays, but happy to be out alive. Then we have lunch in a restaurant and we have to choose a menu among several, there is almost nothing to eat on the plates, I told the waiter but no interest in customers. How can you offer such a low-end restaurant without the slightest shame but again it is business that takes precedence. Our guide: he spoke very little in English and do not understand too much when speaking to him in English. However, he mastered English to ask us for money by saying help me help me several times. If you want to go to the toilet of the shipping company you have to pay extra toilets and you have to have your way toilet paper in the waiting station then you take a boat or you still do not have toilets and you have access to the upper floor only if you consume a drink otherwise it is forbidden. Always business first. I will not leave this excursion was the worst day we lived during the stay, a rotten day to forget. Finally the driver who takes us back to our hotel with all his family in the vehicle, we were surprised but he was the only friendly person with us. Thank you to him because professional and pleasant. For the rest, no supervision during snorkling, an outing unsuited to the practice of snorkling, a guide who barely speaks English and insists on getting us money, a restaurant of poor quality (very very low end for the menus offered). Viator will resume my comment with polite formulas from chatgpt without any further listening but I will not leave it at that. We are alive, certainly stolen from 67 €/per person but compensation will be asked to see now if customer satisfaction is really a viator value or if the refusal of compensation will confirm the spirit of this excursion: to earn the maximum money at the expense of customer satisfaction
