Experience this origami activity for beginners, set in a beautiful environment, surrounded by incredible models and unique displays made by our origami artists based in Japan and the US.
Choose from 50 colors of origami paper and fold as many models as you'd like, guided by our tablet software that will take a folder from a square piece of paper to an assortment of animals, flowers, and vehicles in no time, ranging from beginner to intermediate in difficulty. Ask your origami instructor if you need help folding a model.
Guests may take photos throughout their experience, purchase rare origami books, and enjoy our origami displays during and after their session.

5.00David was a patient teacher. mom and I had a great time choosing our origami to make. made 3 pieces each. small pad showing you steps that you can replay. my mom made a dress and asked if a belt could be added, David came to the fashion rescue and helped make obe. turned out great. studio is beautiful. had a great time!!!

5.00What a fun experience! We have been trying to do Japanese cultural activities during our visit and this one fit to bill! We were first taught proper folding techniques to provide the best possible results. Next, we had the resources of a tablet or a book for origami patterns and had great assistance along the way by the two instructors. We were able to produce many small and easy projects in the allotted time and gained confidence in our ability to progress as we practice more in future. I definitely recommend this experience and it is great fun for all ages!

5.00My daughter specifically requested an origami class so I went with her! It's our first time in Japan and I was so glad I could provide her an authentic Japanese experience that could become a hobby for her! There were only 2 of us in the class, and the teachers were very attentive! My daughter loved it! My only regret was that I didn't carry cash with me, so I couldn't offer a tip (sorry!), so a tip to future classes, please bring money for tip! They also sell lots of origami merchandise, and the workers are very pleasant and nice! They also offered to take our photos!
