Fantastic experience. Momo was a delightful host. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for sake was evident. The takoyaki making was completely hands on and delicious. Learn about the different types of sake, make some takoyaki, then eat and drink, what could be better?

What a fun experience with Momo! Six of us arrived for the 6:30 seating. The location was easy to find based on the directions given, and an easy walk from our hotel. Our host, Momo, spoke English very well and she is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to sake. She walked us through an understanding of the different kinds of sake based on how it is made and had pictures and descriptions for each bottle of sake she was featuring. (She changes her featured sake regularly). We then moved on to making Takoyaki, which is a very popular street dish. The six of us quickly followed her directions and set out to tackle making these tasty little treats. Momo explained how to use the different condiments and offered less traditional ones after we tried the traditional ones. The takoyaki will fill you up, so come hungry. We then picked seven different sakes to try based on our own preferences. Each sake was served in different styles of sake cups. We had an option for hot sake which was nice because Osaka was very cold the week we were there. As we moved through different sakes, Momo offered small plates of cheese to demonstrate how the cheese changes the taste ond creaminess of the sake. Momo then finished our night off with a small bowl of ice cream, served with an aged sake poured on top and sprinkled with salt. OMG, who knew!! We left we sake smiles on our faces!! Thank you, Momo for a fun and memorable night.

We did the sake Tasting/takoyaki experience with Momo. It was great. Momo is super knowledgeable about Sake. She thaught us all the categories, types, ingredients,... The different sakes were also delicious. Takoyaki making was also a lot of fun. Apart from the experience Momo was really sweet and fun and we could ask her everything we wanted to know about Japan. If you are doubting don't anymore and just book the experience, you will not regret it.

MoMo was so awesome and made us feel very welcomed. Come ready to eat and try many different types of sake. Learning to make the takoyaki was such a fun experience and was the perfect thing to eat before trying the sake. MoMo is very knowledgeable and taught us lots about sake and the process to make it, as well as Japanese culture in general. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Osaka. Thank you SO much!
