4.00Great museum with fun for all ages and lots of photo opportunities (that you don’t have to rinse your wallet for!). Admission prices are a little on the high side but it is Knightsbridge! On the whole a great museum with plenty of intrigue and brain busting paradoxes!
Pricy but a very fun experience for our kids

4.00I took my nine year old daughter and her friend here as a treat and they had a fabulous time. I was apprehensive because of all the negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Yes, I would agree that it's overpriced, but we spent nearly two hours there and took lots of quirky photos and the two girls were laughing and giggling at the exhibits all the way through. There were a couple of occasions when we had to queue for 10-15 mins (the Underground train photo at the end particularly) but I was happy to stand in the queue while the kids whizzed around the other exhibits. I felt the queues were often down to a minority of parents milking the photo opps beyond what was reasonable. It's frustrating watching parents take their 50th photo when there's a long line waiting. Overall, I would recommend this place if it's the kind of thing your children are into and you're prepared to suck up the cost.

1.00This would get a straight up Zero, if it was possible. I've had more fun in a house of mirrors at a fun fair. When I realised my partner paid £30 a ticket for this, I was fuming. Do not think for a minute, this is just another negative review for the sake of leaving a review. Do not goto this place, spend the money going out for a nice meal instead.
Don't waste your money, go to twist instead

1.00Took my son and was expecting it to be like the photos, but it wasn't. Everything was dirty and run down, tape on the walls holding things together, loud music and terrible bright lighting throughout. Every exhibit you had to queue for, 15min queue to look at some cheap mirrors that you would see in any old country fair ground. I couldn't honestly find anything good to say, complete waste of money - if you are looking for something of a similar genre, twist museum is much better over in oxford street!

1.00Take your money elsewhere in London, you will have a better time! I paid £60 for me & my nephew to go to the paradox museum as looking online it looked really good, I wish I never bothered! We went in half term which probably wasn’t the best time to go! We also paid the extra to go in the zero gravity room, don’t even bother! When we arrived we were told it was an hour wait for the zero gravity room so we were told to go and look around the other exhibits and waited for the queue to go down. You are give a number in the queue. So off we went to look around everything else, EVERY exhibit had long queues! We then got to 4 people in front of us in the queue for the zero gravity room so off we go again to join the queue, only to be told to go away again and come back when there is 0 in front of us. So off we go again. We eventually got to 0 in front of us in the queue so we go back a THIRD time for the zero gravity room. We were told to just ‘join the queue’?! So understandably there were a lot of unhappy people in the queue asking what was the point of sending us away to just be told to join a physical queue? At last we finally get to go into the zero gravity ‘room’. I loosely use the word room because other people can easily look in and watch you. Whilst I understand you can’t spend a long time in there, we were in there for less than a minute?! Overall I found the experience of the museum to be a bad one and it certainly wasn’t worth the £60 I paid! I will not be returning here again!

1.00I paid for two VIP tickets and took my 13 year old. It was very crowded and a lot of smaller kids running around in a very hot and chaotic atmosphere. Every exhibit had a qr code instead of written explanations, nobody I saw was using the qr codes. What's wrong with a short written explanation? Loads of photo opportunities which meant loads of delays because people spent a long taking many photos. The gravity defying room I paid extra for had a wait time of an hour and a half. We didn't get to it because we'd done everything else in half an hour. The VIP tickets gave us a tiny carrier bag with three tiny cheap puzzles in it. I paid £90 for two tickets and feel completely ripped off.

2.00Despite ticket booking (and those without tickets being turned away) too many people admitted so couldn’t see anything and people falling out over ‘turns’ on the displays. We went as a family and struggled to stay together with pushing and shoving. What we saw from a distance was interesting but highly suggest a few less people, especially the cost per ticket you could afford to drop a few! Also some explanations on how things work?
Absolute horror show…..ripped off!

1.00If I could rate this zero I would. Please don’t waste your time or money, we were a family of 5 the experience cost us £150 and I have never felt more disappointed and ripped off in my life! Save your money there are plenty of other good experiences in London!! Please please don’t bother! My photo shows one of the best parts of the experience and that’s saying something….
