Join us for a culinary adventure that celebrates the beauty and sustainability of pasta. Our immersive class will give you a deep understanding of the pasta-making process, from the earth-friendly methods of production to the innovative techniques that have emerged in recent years. You will learn how to make classic pasta dishes like tagliatelle or spaghetti alla chitarra.
We will also explore the world of gelato, one of Italy's most beloved desserts. Our chef will guide you through the process of making gelato using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. You will learn about the various heating and freezing techniques that are used in the production of gelato and about the natural colors that can be used to create your favorite flavors.
The best part? You get to enjoy the delicious meal you created yourself, accompanied with two glasses of wine. Return home, you'll have a digital booklet with recipes and a Graduation Certificate to prove that you're a real Italian apprentice chef!

Who knew making pasta would be so easy. We didn't actually get to make Gelato or any of the sauces. We had a wonderful evening nonetheless.

This class was amazing. Probably the most fun excursion I've ever done (and I've done many, many tours and excursions)! The instructors were engaging, entertaining, informative, kind and patient. Together we made tagliatelle with pesto sauce and ravioli with tomato sauce, as well as a rich, decadent chocolate gelato! If you have the chance to take this class, you will not regret it!

It was very interactive and informative! We learned about the different types of pasta and gelato. The class was about 3 1/2 hours long but it flew by! 100% would do this again!!

Wonderful cooking class. Lisa did a phenomenal job teaching 2 types of pastas, 2 types of sauces, and gelato in a fun and engaging manner. She had everyone laughing throughout the evening and better yet, we created a meal that was one of the most delicious ones on our trip thus far. She even provided fantastic recommendations for local gelato spots. I’ve tried half of them and they have been some of the best ones (and I’ve eaten a lot of gelato on this trip). Highly recommend!
