This adventure begins with a pickup in the city center, heading to a quiet area south of Porto called Paramos Beach, around Espinho region. Here you'll find surf school, a beachfront space where you can connect with other surfers. Right next to it, there’s a beach bar where you can relax and enjoy the ocean view. There are also toilets and showers available so you can rinse off the saltwater after your surf session.

If you want to learn how to surf with a Portuguese female community this is the right place. Andreia is the best teacher I’ve ever been surfing with. Even if you are not feeling it or you think you’re not good enough in surfing she will be the best surf teacher you can have. This is more than an ordinary surf school this a female community of surfing ✌🏼🫶🏼

one word: GREAT! Andrea is by far the best surf coach I’ve ever had and yet I’ve been taking classes every summer for several years. She gave clear and simple explanations to my beginner daughter and adapted her advice to each of the participants. We were a group of 5 at different levels and she managed to be attentive to each person, with immediate and effective feedback after each wave. We had a course of more than 2 hours for the cheapest price in Porto and with a really cool benevolence. I can only recommend Andrea and her surf school. From the human, sharing a real passion, pro advice, much better than the big crowded surf school. Thanks 🙏 Andrea again for making us progress, I just want to come back next year 🙂🏄🤟

I had a fantastic experience for my first ever surf lesson. Andrea and her crew were very accommodating to me as an absolute beginner but also for my lack of Portuguese. Such a welcoming and supportive group of women. I’ll be back to continue my lessons!

Awesome spot, waves all day long, and Andreia is the best coach! Unique surf school, not only providing terrific surf sessions but also surf skating, surf trips and the safest environment for all the girls, that just want to have fun 🏄‍♀️ also stoked with the bar next door: amazing food, all the surfers vibes and who could ask for more when you get post surf live music sunsets?! Get your lesson asap ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

I have already done two classes and I feel that I am improving the technical part, thanks to our teachers who give us the best tips, both of positioning and perception of the wave of the sea, besides the Mood there is super warm and calm, without any kind of competition or pressure, great for those who want to learn.

The best surf school! On a beautiful beach, local and out of the tourist crowd. With a teacher who truly teaches, and genuinely wants to see results in her students. Super effective methodologies that include video analysis, makes all the difference.

I’ve been going to this surf school weekly and honestly, it’s the highlight of my week. Andreia is an incredible teacher — super knowledgeable, always full of great tips both in and out of the water, and just such a chill, positive presence. She really knows how to push you while keeping it fun. 🌊 The equipment is solid, the vibes are even better, and we even had some video analysis sessions and shots from pro photographers, which really helped me improve (and made for great memories too!). 📸 The school is right on a stunning beach, walking distance from some cool little bars — perfect for post-surf chill time. Everyone I met was super friendly and welcoming. I've learned so much and always leave with a smile (and salty hair). 🤙🏼
