  It was more-than-wonderful experience especially for accommodating our tailored route to Rothenburg ob der Tauber including the stop at Ingolstadt Village. The driver arrived ahead of time and was extremely friendly and pleasant and had a lot of information to offer and made great suggestions and recommendations as well. He was very warm and accommodating and was completely at our disposal and made sure our journey was as comfortable and convenient as possible even on hard to reach tourist spots which was wonderful and much appreciated. The tour guide was full of energy with deep understanding and knowledge of the town. She is very charismatic, extremely friendly and kind. It was so pleasant and entertaining spending time with her, she gives genuine warm friendly vibes and you warm up really quickly to her. Last but not least at all is Ms. Pilar Collaretti from TT&M who I would like to thank the most because she was the reason this memorable experience was possible, thanks to her efficiency and attentiveness we were able to coordinate this “special” journey with a few back and forth emails without which our plan would not have worked so smoothly and I must highlight her prompt responses even on-the-spot emails.
