3.00I used this service 4 times for a family of 11 so had two vans booked each time. Twice for airport to hotel and twice for hotel to airport. The low rating isn’t necessarily for the service but this is an older taxi model with a human booking the cars and airlines are very unreliable these days. Our flights in and out were delayed and rearranging service was not possible in one case understandably. We pre-paid for two vans and could not use them because our flight was 3 hours delayed which was a loss of $357. This was my first time in Rome and I didn’t realize how available Uber was. I would recommend Uber instead. We were able to get vans for our 11 people that were as nice or nicer than the car service, they came within 5 minutes and if we needed to change the ride last minute it was possible. It was also much less expensive from the hotel to the airport for 2 Mercedes vans was only $187 vs the $357 for this service. I don’t think the older taxi model of this service works well since airlines are so delayed these days. It’s an unfair burden for the taxi driver and us to pre-book this way. For transport from hotel to the airport I recommend Uber.

5.00Melissa greeted us cheerfully. The Mercedes. Van was clean and easy to access. We were extremely comfortable for the end of our trip to the airport then home! Would highly recommend.
