This tour is a completely private adventure tailored only to you. All vehicles used, on Bali and also on Nusa Penida, are completely private and only available to your group – no mass transports and massive groups here.

The snorkeling boat is completely private and also only available to you. No waiting for start times or big groups of people in the water. Your captain will tailor the tour specifically to you.

Lunch and bottled water is included during your trip and all fees are covered with the tour price already – no surprise additional fees anywhere.

For this customized private tour of the island of Nusa Penida we will pick you up at your villa/hotel early in the morning – around 6:00am depending on where you are staying (Seminyak/Canggu, Ubud, Nusa Dua, ) - and our driver will take you to Sanur in your private airconditioned vehicle. You will board the 7.30 am speedboat to Nusa Penida – about a 60 min trip (departure times can change depending on the season and availability)

Kelingking Beach

Our driver will pick you up at the speed boat terminal and walk you over to your private car and take you to kelingking beach as the first stop at island and it is the most popular and best place for photo with amazing view and drive you to lunch for a selection of local food at Amartera restaurant.

Amazing Mantas, poor land tour

5 stars for swimming with Manta rays, the land tour is what drags the score down. I would highly recommend a snorkeling tour with the manta rays, we had an amazing encounter with lots of mantas at Manta Bay although take some sea sickness tablets beforehand as we felt very ill after one swim from the rough sea (August 25). Our guide and captain were great and the included GoPro footage was a real bonus. However, if you can, just book a snorkeling tour. I wouldn't bother with the land tour unless you are desperate for the "gram" photo in front of the beautiful cliffs and beaches that are sadly being ruined by tourism. Kelingking beach, whilst beautiful, was heaving with tourists gagging for the perfect photo and they are building a huge steel structure down to the beach which is going to be an elevator so that you don't have to walk down the very steep cliff path. Sadly, a classic example of humans ruining nature! The roads were some of the very worst we experienced in Bali, very bumpy and very busy with tourists. Our driver on the island wasn't the friendliest which was a very unusual experience compared to all the others we had on our trip. The lunch included was adequate at best, there is so much great food in Bali and this was probably the worst place we ate. Small portion, not very appetising and not much included unless you paid extra. Save some money and just book the snorkeling on its own would be my honest recommendation!

Driver was VERY friendly! We had nice conversations all the way to the harbor. Nusa Penida itself was a little too crowded for us, but the guide we had there was very good so that made up for it. The snorkling part was the best part, it was like a dream. Saw some big manta rays and also lots of turtles. The man who guided us during the snorkling trip was the funniest guy, we've had fun for hours. Would recommend this to everyone.

We had an amazing experience with Gusti and his team. Gusti made us feel welcomed and cared for from the beginning. We didn’t end up seeing Mantas during our snorkel, but the tour of the island was worth every minute. Everything was so organized with time and guide transition. We look forward to staying connected with Gusti to book again when we return to Bali!

If you want to see Nusa Penida on a day tour, do this trip! It was perfectly organized from start to finish and you literally have zero worries except showing up. You see all the top spots by car, get your own private boat for snorkeling (which was epic), and an amazing lunch. Start to finish great experience and trip!!!
Must book. Best tour we did in Bali. Truly private.

This was the best tour we did in Bali. We almost didn’t do a tour to Nusa Penida because we read reviews from other tours talking about how over crowded it was and how the water had trash in it, but I am so glad we didn’t let that stop us from going. This was the only tour I found that was truly private at an affordable price. The other tours had shared snorkeling boats, this tour is just you on the boat with your guide. All our guides were great from the moment we were picked up. The tour can be completely customized because it is just you. We weren’t sure if we wanted to see all the land sites because we read about how bumpy the roads are but we ended up seeing three of them and they were all incredibly beautiful. Roads are bad so just be fully prepared for that. The lunch stop was at a very scenic restaurant/day club where you can swing and also take pictures at temple gates. View from lunch was amazing. Our snorkeling guides took us to four spots to snorkel and one dove with us and took pictures on a go pro (which is included with the tour). All our guides helped take pictures for us and show us the best spots to take pictures. All land sites were touristy but not bad bad as I thought. We experienced more crowds in Ubud than we did in Penida. The public speed boat is not as bad as I thought it was going to be either. If you can get the last row, it’s the least bumpy and you can get fresh air from outside. The communication was very easy through WhatsApp, I found the number on their website. All around a must do with great guides and unforgettable views.

Really loved our experience. The drivers and guides were all excellent, we swam with manta rays and so many beautiful fish, had a delicious lunch, and went to Kelingking beach. We were so glad we had a private tour as well as we went at our own pace throughout the day and weren’t rushed. We almost didn’t go down all the stairs to Kelingking beach either, but our guide encouraged us to go part way and we are so glad he did. We ended up going all the way and back up which was a big work out but really worth it. If you’re not fit/scared of heights maybe don’t attempt to do all the stairs though. It was a lot of cardio and some very steep vertical drops. Nusa Penida is now going to be a staple on our trip every time we go to Bali - it was such an incredible day.

We enjoyed the tour yesterday and we’re more than satisfied. Everything was planned and organised so there was nothing we had to worry about. All drivers were really friendly, nice and talkative. We would definitely recommend this trip as you’re really on your own (except for the fairies to get to the island and leave it) and don’t have to share the cars and speedboat with others.

This excursion is one in a lifetime experience. I suggest everyone to book it, you must see the beautiful coral reef of Nusa Penida. The trip is very organized and the people very kind and helpful across the trip.
