Fantastic day out to the Snow Monkeys. We really enjoyed ourselves with this hassle free private tour. Even though it was hot there were plenty of monkeys out and could have stayed there for hours. Ali our driver was great and could not recommend enough. I highly recommend this private tour

Shomo was amazing! He was very helpful with our family’s needs as we had a 5 year old with us and some different accommodation's needed with bathroom breaks and snacks. He was very informative and was great Company. He went above and beyond to get us in an onsen when some were closed. Told us jokes and had a great time. Made a friend for life. Mahalo!

The van was very comfortable and accessible for my entire family. My father is 6’5 and found the van to be very accommodating. Our driver had a car seat for my 4 year old daughter. There had just been a great deal of snow so when my parents who have mobility difficulties, couldn’t get up the hill, he put on chains and drove us to cafe Enzo to begin our journey. He provided us with great information on the way to the monkeys and we saw some great view of Mt Fuji while driving.
