3.00We booked a private golf cart tour and thought it was with a private tour guide. We were surprised and disappointed to find out that this was with an audio guide. The description does not make it clear that this is an audio guide tour. Our driver was great and she was able to accommodate our request to turn off the audio guide and instead told us about the sites as we got to them. We have taken many Viator tours and this was the first one that was disappointing! They should add “audio guide” clearly in the description

2.00Disappointed about this experience! We were 6 and then split between 2 EV! The second was NOT comfortable at all! Moreover, guides has limited English and shared minimal information! They pressed on YouTube pre recorded explanations of each stops! The guys were nice but I am upset for the price paid to get something I could get at a fraction of the cost on hop on hop off buses!

2.00Not a good tour…there have to be better ones. Guides English was not good nor was his knowledge; and the recorded tour repeated itself was uninteresting and was difficult to hear as it was a Bluetooth speaker. Car was cramped.
