  We had a truly memorable experience on the Long Tan tour, thanks to our exceptional guide, Tuan. From the beginning, he made us feel completely at ease. His English was excellent, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Long Tan and Vietnam more broadly. What made the day even better was his relaxed, down-to-earth nature and great sense of humour. As older travellers in our 70s, we especially appreciated how considerate Tuan was. He was mindful of regular toilet and coffee stops, and always offered a helping hand getting in and out of the car. At each site, he made sure the pace was manageable and the terrain easy to navigate. When we visited a tunnel, he was very attentive — reminding us to watch our heads and take our time, ensuring we felt safe and comfortable throughout. Beyond the war history, Tuan shared fascinating insights into local vegetation, regional industries, and everyday life in Vietnam today. He welcomed all our questions and answered them with honesty, warmth, and a genuine passion for his country. This tour was respectful, informative, and deeply engaging — an absolute highlight of our visit. If you’re considering this tour, do it — and ask for Tuan. You’ll be in the best of hands.

  Such a moving experience, just 1 day before Anzac day 2025. Tuan our guide was awesome, his first hand knolage, and took us to all special places and telling us about his story and the Aussies. An amazing day, well worth to do this. Thankyou

  Booked this tour while we were in Vietnam. Right from the booking Alex our guide, was in contact with us and arrived at our hotel at the time he said he would. Alex was informative and was able to answer any questions we had. The places we visit and the pictures of the past helped give us an understanding of what the Vietnamese went through. We opted not to have lunch so we were back at the hotel at a reasonable time. Thank you Alex

  Great trip with a great local guide with supreme knowledge of the history of the battle of Long Tan. Our guide Tuan was a veteran of the Vietnam war himself giving enormous credibility to his tales.
