Driver will meet travelers with their name on the sign, on the exit from the terminal at the airport, or at the platform #24 at the train station. The trip takes place on high-way, and also with beautiful views along the sea. Drop off is at the hotel/closest to the hotel place, accessible by car, in the central part of Positano. For additional services/different pick up or drop off places please contact us by email or WhatsApp message. Please notice, that for the ride of 2 people there is a sedan vehicle provided with maximum 2 large suitcases, for the ride of 3 people there is a station wagon vehicle provided with maximum 3 large suitcases, for 4 people and more there is a van provided with maximum up to 10 large suitcases. If you need a larger car, IT's possible to book IT; PLEASE check with us availability and fees. In case of delays, PLEASE check with us availability of the service. Please notice, that every extra hour of awaiting costs 70Euro for a sedan, 80Euro for a station wagon and 90Euro for a van. In options with stop in Pompeii entrance tickets are NOT included and have to be booked online.

3.00I booked a transfer from Naples Airport to Positano through Viator. As soon as I landed, I received a message saying the driver was stuck in traffic and would be there shortly. When they arrived, I was surprised to see a large van instead of a car, which I had specifically requested. I was hoping to enjoy the scenic drive with the windows down, but the van windows couldn’t open, which was disappointing. The driver didn’t greet me properly — he just said “Positano?” and grabbed my luggage after I confirmed my name. Coming from the U.S., I honestly felt a bit uneasy. Nothing was explained, and the whole interaction felt off. What made me more uncomfortable was that the driver kept putting his headphones on and taking them off during the drive. Thankfully, my phone was working, which gave me some peace of mind. I was also given a second contact number, but instead of them reaching out to me directly, I got a WhatsApp message from an unfamiliar number again, it all just felt disorganized. We eventually made it safely to Positano, and we did try to make conversation with the driver maybe it was just a long day for him. But overall, the experience was not smooth, and I wouldn’t recommend it to someone looking for a professional, stress-free transfer.

1.00Driver was exactly 1 hour late from our scheduled pickup time. Tony communicated early on that the driver would be 20 minutes late, but after that he really couldn’t give us an estimate, just saying traffic is bad. Once the driver finally arrived, he apologized for the delay. The van was clean and the ride went smoothly after pickup. Would not recommend if you have a time schedule to keep.

5.00Great ride, on time, very smooth. If you want to avoid lugging your bags up steps and steps, book this ride, so worth it! Driver also gave us phenomenal restaurant recommendations.
