In the case of inclement weather (rain, snow, frost…), the arena floor may be closed off without notice. Entry through the gladiators’ gate will not be affected but access onto the arena floor will be prohibited.
Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

2.00What we did see was great, but the tour guide was not the best he spent too much time talking and not enough time moving through the area. We were on a crusie and needed to get back to the ship by 5pm. We had plenty of time to do the whole tour but it was dragged out by the tour guide and went over the time speicified. The tour guide drew the whole process out and we had to leave before doing the last the last part of the tour. So over all we were not impressed with the guide.

2.00The tour was supposed to have a maximum of 6 people. You pay 3x for the smaller group. There were 12 people on the tour. What stings: They called us the day prior to ask if they could move us to 4pm since it would have been just us al 10am. We consented. They consolidated all 12 people who paid 3x extra into one larger group. Deceptive. Could not understand the tour guide's English through the audio earpiece. Strong accent, poor equipment. Tour guide provided so much information it was like reading Wilepedia. TL;DR. At least you get to skip the line

3.00My family and I had been looking forward to this tour for a long time. Yes, of course, we were mesmerized by the beautiful historic sites and happy to simply be there. Unfortunately, our guide Amanda with Enjoy Rome, made the experience disappointing. She made several disrespectful comments to other tourists as we walked around…very unprofessional. She kept complaining about the heat and told the group that she would rather keep us in the shade at the Colosseum instead of spending time on the Forum floor (which meant we missed out on so much). Instead, she talked and talked, repeating the same things over and over in order to prolong our time in the shade. She did remind us several times that we could visit the area on our own…but we paid for a tour not for her comfort. Simply walking half way up the Palatine Hill and have her point things from the distance was not what I paid for.
