5.00On a Thursday evening we are lucky to have chef Anna just for ourselves. We learn how to mix and fold pasta dough and watch her make sauces for the ravioli and fettuccine pasta effortlessly , the environment is classy and fresh and the wine makes it even better! The Gelato making is step by step and so fun. Little later we enjoy the fruits of our labor and goodness, the best pasta and gelato we had so far after 10 days in Rome! We truly enjoyed this class, a highlight of our visit. Highly recommend this experience! Best of luck!

5.00Stefanie made pasta making easy. We made pumpkin ravioli and cacio e pepe fettuccine. Topped off with vanilla gelato! We were lucky to have only 4 in the class, and I had a great experience. Stefanie gave us lots off background every step, and was very entertaining. Highly recommend!
