3.00In my experience the truth was a little disappointing, to begin with they had nothing organization the people who carried the tours, besides having a terrible attitude, my tour is not included in their system then they had to add me there, while complaining about the company that makes the trips, we did not have a guide and we had to wait longer than the other groups, the communication of them with us was very poor, the guide was friendly and explained many things once everything entered was fine, although he left us inside the basilica and did not explain the exit or where to go next.

5.00Olena was excellent. The tour of the underground tombs was very crowded, so maybe not for claustrophobic individuals. I have seen Saint Peter’s several times before, and it was really neat to get a little more perspective…and to have the symbolism explained.

1.00Prepare to queue for 2hrs or more and be bitten by flies , we made it inside the walls but gave up. Treated like cattle, way to many tickets being sold , pure greed

1.00Tour was supposed to be 1.5 hours. We spent 1.5 hours standing in the sun just to get in the basilica. Once inside, we were told we could use the restroom, then meet our group upstairs. Our group was nowbere to be found. Myself, my son, and another tourist were unable to find them. We ended up touring the basilica on our own, then leaving. We never saw our group again. Very disappointed, would not recommend at all.

5.00Great experience! Our guide was incredibly knowledgable, and she presented the information to us in such a digestible, beautiful way. The detail was amazing, and we were all just so drawn into everything she was telling us! The 1.5 hour tour was perfect. It was filled with plenty!
