You’ve never done a cooking class like this before. Join us in the Eternal City for an afternoon of fun, friends, drinks and great food. There’s no better way to spend your holiday! In this class, you’ll learn to make three spritzes, the staple Italian drink, and fresh, handmade pasta with a traditional sauce - all in one class and guided by a local expert chef. We’ll start with an Aperol spritz, as you get to know the other people in the class and meet your chef. Then, we’ll start with the pasta. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut and cook your very own pasta and learn how to make the ultimate carbonara or cacio e pepe. While you’re cooking, you’ll also be enjoying a Hugo spritz - because why not? 5.00Super cute. Good mood, music for the experience, delicious pasta. Good guide. You are allowed to participate in the pasta cooking, the different sauces are the chef. The chef is good at engaging guests. In addition, 3 delicious drinks for the experience.
