3.00First before you go understand the Vatican is almost always very crowded. Most tours we had already done had check in before start time so We arrived early. We were not greeted by anyone in office, but knew we were in right place because of the sign on wall. I asked about using the bathroom and was told I needed to go to the cafe next door but would have to buy something. I asked if I had enough time and was told my tour started at 9:30. I replied that I thought it was at 9:00- no 9:30 was reply. I returned from cafe at 9:08 and was told my group had left. I told the woman that her colleague had said 9:30 even after I doublechecked. It seemed like they were not going to allow us to go but the woman who game me the wrong time came over and explained. One of the girls had us follow her and run over to entrance to catch up with tour. It all ended well and I understand they have to deal with the public all day, but it was not a cheap ticket and could have been handled better. Our tour guide Antonio was very good and informative

2.00The entire tour was very disorganized and the description of the amenities were very misleading or just simply false advertising. You did not get any of the things described other that “skip the line.”

5.00We had a great experience with this tour! Our tour guide, David, was very informative and easy to understand. This was the first experience our kids had of the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, and St Peter's Bascilica, and it was unforgettable! Being able to skip the long lines and exit from the Sistine Chapel directly into St Peter's Bascilica was A HUGE time savings. Highly recommended!
