  It was so easy & convenient to take the voucher to the place to pick up our audio guide & a very short walk to the pantheon. It was a lovely experience. Thank you Viator for your professional & trusted help. It was an amazing place! And we loved touring at our own pace.

  You pick up tickets and leave an ID to secure the guides. The walk is about 5 minutes away dependent on walking speed. Middle queue is sometimes large but goes so quickly as its just scanning a ticket and you are in. The guide is really interesting and talks about the history of each area. The sound can be dodgy so you might need to move your headphones around until the sound is right but overall a good experience

  A great way to see the Pantheon! I was a little nervous at first having to pick up the ticket and guide off-site, but that proved to be a benefit! The Pantheon, and the area around it, is packed with people! Having got the tickets on our way made it so much easier once we got there. The skip-the-line looked big but moved very quickly!

  I received the mail for the departure point too late with the result that I had to queue all the way back to the Pantheon (voucher not valid) after picking up the QRcode at the meeting point

  Purchased tickets online , we had to queue to pick up the “real” tickets at an office about 10 minutes away. Beware that there is a line so go in advance. Although the reservation stated that the audio guides were delivered inside the Pantheon, they were delivered to us in this office and at the end of use must be returned to the same place. Another thing to report is that the skip-the-line priority ticket is not really skip-the-line.... you wait in line for everyone who like you has the same reservation. Actually the people who wait impresses but with a little patience you scroll pretty fast (we waited about 45 minutes on November 01 but believe us, we thought we would stay there at least a couple of hours). It is also possible to enter with a ticket purchased locally. The church is very beautiful and characteristic and is used for functions so you have to respect silence and order.   It would be so much better to send tickets to us directly. The queue at the bookshop was lengthy and we had to return our headsets to the same place, another lengthy queue. Even with the tickets we had to queue at the Pantheon. So much for ‘skip the queue’ The Pantheon itself however was a high light..

  The audio guide was perfect 👌 the audio pick up was 5 minutes away from the Pantheon. The line they ask to get in moved fast. It took us 50 min to finish, we even restarted some parts to get a better understanding of certain things. Fantastic place with a wonderful history.

  What an amazing building. I absolutely loved the history of how it was built and how it was designed etc. it blew my little mind! We paid for the audio and fast pass. Tbh we didn’t need the fast pass whatsoever- but glad we got the audio so it’s a bitter sweet. The buy on the day tickets were in before us but glad we had all the info. It’s definitely worth seeing.

  Our visit to the Pantheon with the audio-guided tour was absolutely wonderful! The fast access tickets made everything so smooth—we walked right in without waiting in the long line outside, which was a huge plus, especially in the Roman heat.
