5.00This was a fun experience that we shared with our grandchildren and children. There was something for all ages to enjoy. The staff were very patient when dealing with the 10 of us.

5.00Make sure to set aside 3 hours for this event so you can do everything. Staff was wonderful and warm. I did the Kimono upgrade for $5000 yen. You get dressed by the attendants and then they help you around the place taking your picture. You keep the socks and undergarments. We started with the 3 shows-Samurai battle and then you get to learn some moves. Next is a man playing a Japanese guitar and then you learn to play and finally a lovely woman who plays a very complex Japanese type piano and then they teach you how to play. English translators are all over the place. They help take photos and make sure you move through the stations. We did calligraphy and get to take home a personalized fan and then you get a traditional tea ceremony. Lots of education and opportunity for questions. There is also an option to dress in samurai attire. I highly recommend checking this place out.
