  Great price, clear information and instructions given about pick up time, location and picture of exact vehicle. Great driver, AC, smooth journey +-2.5hours. Highly recommend - thank you! (If you are tall, 185cm+ your legs might press against seat in front of you but it’s not for long)

  Neither picked me up at my lodging nor took me to my lodging. In the weeks prior to pickup, the company told me they can't drive down my street, so we agreed to meet 250m away, even though I had bags to carry. Then they said they couldn't even come to my neighborhood because of an event and that I had to get another vehicle to take me to the pickup spot, which meant I had to leave earlier and pay and carry my bags in 2 vehicles. Then, in El Paredón, they just stopped in the side of the road and said nothing so everyone got out but had to locate their hotels and carry their bags. Just not the door-to-door service I expected. I've seen signs here in El Paredón for cheaper shuttles (like 90qzl instead of 150+), which you might as well try if these guys are making you take 2+ vehicles with your bags.

  Depending on where you are in the pickup order the bus can be an hour later than the designated pick-up time. I waited 50minutes the first time I used this service and only 10 the second. Anyone 6ft tall and over will find there is not a lot of leg room - but the price is reasonable so you get what you pay for. The AC is good and the driver stops half way for a break which is good.

  Leaving Antigua can take an hour from the scheduled departure expectation. Others have to be picked up too! Once on the road, the ride was...interesting. Fast and smooth until a slow slow slowdown due to merging traffic. Then, fast going despite a flash squall (rainy season) and then arrival in El Paredón. All in all, thanks to a brilliant driver and considerate passengers in a full van, absolutely OK!

  It is crowded, because it is shared. Roads are rough but it is exactly what it is, shared shuttle. No problems clean and well worth the price

  Shuttle from Antigua to El Paredon said it would be max 2 hours - our ride was from 9:00AM to 1:45PM. Significantly longer than was advertised. The driver did stop for 1 bathroom break.

  An unparalleled experience. We booked a shuttle for 3 from Antigua Guatemala to El Paredon. Our shuttle was late, which was not a huge deal at first. While waiting too long, I called the customer service who said our van is on the way. Of course it was not. My wife went to the shop across the road for about two minutes. In the mean time the shuttle arrived, the "guide" shouted at us that we need to leave. I told him to wait a minute, my wife is coming in a second. He said then they will come back and pick up other passengers first. I told him, no, he should wait because we waited 55 minutes for him already. He wanted to leave us there (I had to run after the bus and knock on the window), including my father who has problems with his legs. In traffic. The guide (Due South) screamed at me that they are late "because of passengers like you for whom we had to wait"... His tone, the situation was incredible, it was humiliating and everyone on the bus was shocked. So he blamed his 55 minutes delay on me. We talked to the first passenger that day, she was picked up 25 minutes later than supposed to be. So the whole process was delayed from the beginning. Needless to say that we traveled squeezed, uncomfortable, with a dog on board, etc. When I complained to your customer service, nothing has been done, a voucher for a private shuttle was offered with payment options included... Never asked for anything like this. If you offer something, offer a shuttle for free the way back, but dont get so low. It is hard to understand why a Tripadvisor company is dealing with companies with such bad service. Never again and I will make sure people are aware of this bad service you offer.

  Waited an hour for the bus. Then needed to change to the actual bus. As those busses have foldedable middle seats we were unfortunate the one who needed to seat on those without any back seat. No fillings anymore in the seat cushions. Terrible !! If you let people pay a couple of euros extra you don’t even have to fill those seats … and everyone has a better journey .. fully packed with Dutch legs this is a nightmare
